Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Update your drivers if you have them before September 2020.
Install  MSI afterburner

Core Clock 1100 MHz
Memory Clock 2000 MHz
Power Limit  90
These are the basic settings for the modified BIOS. (Mod with 1750 over 2000 straps)

If you do not modify the BIOS, then you can use this mode in the miner
Code:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethpool.org:3333 -ewal wallet.worker1 -epsw x -cclock 1200 -mclock 2200 -mvddc 875 -cvddc 875 -strap 1 -rxboost 75
-strap 1 -rxboost 75
These values need to be selected individually for your card.
I do not know what kind of memory your video card has

Thank you very much for your interest. I did what you said to the start document. It gives 27-28 mh now, but I know that it can give a value between 30-31, but my card does not.

By the way, "-strap 1" also gives an error ...

I added the transactions I am doing now and the model of the card to the photo.

Mod with 1750 over 2000 straps

When I do this, when the computer is turned on, blue bubbles appear and when I open the minner file, the pc locks itself.

I will be grateful if you help. thank you very much again

I am also adding my original bios file.

Is your AMD driver settings in compute mode? Check that out first because the settings that FP91G gave should give you 30ish hashrate or more, I'm getting 29.60mh on my rx580 8gb with just core clock of 1150 and memory clock of 2160

yes I did the compute setting, but still I cannot get a stable 29-30 mh. i guess it's caused by bios.

Without the compute mode, your hashrate would not rise above 15 megahashes.
I can suggest you to use the original bios, and try different settings -strap 1 -strap 2 -strap 3
5- most aggressive

But from my own experience, I will say that not all RX580 video cards show 30-31 MH. 28 MH is also a good result
