How about trying the gpu on windows OS just to see what happens? It looks like driver issue to me and it can be fix faster on windows if the problem still exists, quadro cards works best on windows for me than Linux

Are you sure it's not mining? The errors are only for fan speed and straps. My guess is that if you leave the miner running for a few minutes you'll see some results.

And if you are going to mine on a 44gb card consider an algo that will benefit from it.  You wont even get as fast as a 3080 does on ethash....maybe Octopus or Grin may provide better returns as big vram tends to greatly improve those.

hehe 44g memory nice. Try another driver, or windows again try dirvers also try another miner.
