If you do only have 200 to buy a alt coin I would say you should buy Ethereum. Right now it is price point of 1900 but it is up more then 5 percent in only this last week.
I do think we are going to start a 'bull run' very soon. So it is good idea for you to buy it now before you lose out on making some gains.
But you can also just buy Bitcoin you will make alot of profit if you just hodl it. The new all time high is going to come very soon I do think.

Most of the coins you mentioned are dead. Because they have been in the market for a while but have never surprised investors with benefits. And I don't believe the comments, Altcoins are basically the most likely to fall out of the market at any time.
