New Crypto Exchange HELP

Hey Everyone,

 I'd like to start a crypto exchange in an unserved region. I do believe the company will be profitable and can expand with the right team since there aren't any competitors or any services that will solve the problems we want to address.

Right now, I'm seeking funding from VC's and putting together a team but the purpose of my post is to connect with anyone that has done this in the past or has been a part of a team. If you have any information that may be useful to me, please reach out and lets have a chat. I'd really love to talk to anyone that can give me some clarification.

Also, has anyone ever had experience with Binance cloud?

Before starting anything, you should study the application and the appropriate fees, as they are the things that will make your platform famous or cause it to die quickly.

Demand is the science of knowing what the market needs and presenting it to it. The absence of competitors means that you will be a leader in this field, so you will need a lot of effort to get clients.
Fees and good handling of clients will determine their survival.


The technical aspects and other things are easy to get good developers with and there are a lot of open source projects in this field.

Might as well partner up with someone who is already operating a crypto exchang internationally and just propose that you'll be handling the domestic operations in your country. This is a better option especially if your country requires foreign companies to have split in ownership before they are allowed to operate which is common in some countries. Now the only hard thing about this one is will you be the right person for them to be partnered with since they will most likely look for your qualifications if they are enough for them. For me this is a good option for you since you are already promoting a crypto exchange that already has a name for itself and you won't go through the hardships on starting a crypto exchange which mostly won't be trusted by anyone during its early stages.

I'm a little confused, you want to build a decentralized exchange yet you seek for profit for your company than be a useful and unique exchange? There are already tons of trading platforms that were both decentralized and has something unique that they can offer. Just on the recent months, there are tons of AMM and Swap Exchanges which then resolves the complexity of current exchanges. Since you already had a goal to create one, what would be a future that would be unique on your platform and cannot really be seen nor experienced on using the other current and running exchanges?

It is good to achieve a goal that would benefit not only you and your company but your exchange's users. But it is also worth to remember that new upcoming exchanges must exceed the current features of trading platforms. Good luck!

Have you done a feasibility study, not because there is no competitor in your region that does not mean it will convert to success do a feasibility study first if you have already then it's better that you hire people in your region, not because people online are not worthy of trust but you need a team that you can talk over the table within your time frame, not waiting for your team to commit at a specific time, I'm sure on whatever region you are there are capable people.

You have an idea to run a crypto exchange. Probably it can be profitable, I am wondering how you figured that.
It seems you haven't anything that is necessary to run an exchange, except "you'd like". You need investors, money, you need a team...
Why investors need someone like you? Better try to find something you clearly understand how it works.

For a local exchange you only need a wallet who allows you to hold different coins, a good option would be Atomic wallet, and you need a high limit account on an exchange to buy the coins you already sold and never get out of stock.

The business model is simple if you charge 5% of each buy and each sale you will end with profit.

have you checked your local legal requirements? I've a group of investors that have asked me to do a feasibility study to launch a crypto exchange... it's taking long only to understand costs and requirements to be compliant from day 0.

If you plan to launch a FIAT/Crypto exchange, you should check if your local banks will support you and let you open an account.

Set your website up - show your pictures, address, financial status and what you bring to the table.  Add the licenses and permits you already have.

That is the way to attract VC funds.

It's great to materialize something you just dreamed of before coming back and seeing your struggle, but show us something that what you're telling us is true. You mentioned this would be a profitable venture.
