It would really help if you put some overview of your project or something and not just give us the links because there is a high chance that there isn't a lot of people who are going to click those links and will essentially waste you and their time because you have such a compelling title.

A true Nomadic society actually needs to have modular, easy-to-move around, mobile buildings. The buildings would need to be light, easy to build, carry around and assemble.
I think Nomads living in uncertain times need alots of Bitcoin-type decentralization in most aspect of their lives. Don't think I would trust monarchy unless it's led by saints.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to achieve here even if you list down your goals in this video I find it hard to believe a eco-city project can achieve all of this. I would understand the possibility of some happening but with regards to the legal stuff like "No lislature/Elections" or "No Property Tax" I believe this won't be possible not unless you built your modular eco-friendly city outside of any kind of jurisdiction that is already being governed by another country which I think is impossible right now. Bottomline is you can't promise these things if you don't have your own land to build your city.

If that is the criteria for Nomadic then I think that living on luxury cruise ships is going to be an example. Or living in a trailer truck and always driving in highways. Nomad doesn't really need it but bitcoin can help them ease their nomad life but considering that most places do not have a bitcoin ATM or any businesses that accepts bitcoin as payment as of yet, I think that nomads will have to stick with cash and credit cards.
