All 10 accounts were registered on March 27 within 15 minutes.
In the same period of time, one message per thread was made from each account: Bitcoinarbitrage.net, in order to promote the Ponzi scheme.

You can/should probably report them for breaking this forum rule:

In fact, all the posts were made not by one account, but by different ones. Therefore, in my opinion, it is impossible to apply paragraph 32 of the rules on the publication of several posts in a row here.

I suppose it is up to the moderators to make the call. This topic should be put as a reference, and moderators will assess if this is sufficient evidence to delete posts (and maybe even ban offenders).
