I absolutely agree with you that bitcoin is a lifetime time chance. You got in on the train in 2013 which makes you one of the early adopters. I only got to know bitcoin in 2017 and yet I still wouldn't say I'm late. This is really no particular perfect time one should get in. Believe me when I tell you this, that there are folks who only got to know about bitcoin and bought a few coins in this year, yet it would be unfair to tell them they are late because their coins would worth quite a lot 10 years from now and they would be glad they got in now. I should also mention that in 5 to 10 years from now, you shouldn't be surprised when you hear some people are just buying bitcoin for the first time.

I completely agree with your opinion,BTC will always be that once in a lifetime opportunity that millions of people missed.The history and the way it has single handedly revolutionized markets and introduced crypto currency in such a brilliant fashion to the world is a tale of its own.

There's a lot of token that showing performance as BTC and if you are talking about the current price. There is so many new project that already outperform Bitcoin in terms of growth for a period of 1 to 2 years. As long as many new altcoins is sprouting with new cutting edge idea, I'm sure there will be a lot of opportunities like BTC growth in the future.

Even the ATH price in 2013 was approximately $1000. The current price is at 58x times more than that.
I would consider 2013 itself to be an early adopter only since it's just 3 years since the launch on the first exchange.
May be the people entering now are also early adopters since bitcoin has the potential to cross $500k easily.
For people entering at $500k, we would definitely be the early adopters. So it's just a matter of perspective and there's no right time to enter the bitcoin community.

There are thousands of other chances. Stocks, commodities, some other alt coins... The opportunities are nearly endless if you know how to look. As long as  the FED keeps printing money (which they will) it is guaranteed that everything will go up in price against the Dollar as long as it is not a total scam. Maybe it won't go from $1 to $100k but most people around didn't hold any asset that long anyway and you won't be an exception.

Before 2009, nobody though a decentralization that cannot be shutdown will emerge until Satoshi invention. Well it could be but we wouldn't know for sure if there could be another crypto that would give us the similar opportunity.
It was really a life changer but who knows maybe an alt-coin coin also do it in the future.

It is not impossible for some of these shitcoins to succeed in the short term in the sense that their price is inflated - but then we are only talking about the classic pump/dump scheme, and the skills of individuals to make a profit that way. But that only means that the minority will profit from the ignorance of the majority, and this could easily be called a fraud if there was a global regulation of the crypto market. Someone creates something that has no purpose, is based on a false promise and requires an investment - but in 9 out of 10 cases it leaves the majority in financial loss.

Bitcoin is far from all the false agenda of "our coin is the best - we will solve all problems", and it is also the only one that is not centralized, so on that side it is really unique.

That crypto has to prove something big and have to fit in a really big shoe if they want to replace bitcoin as the reigning cryptocurrency. That is the reward of early adopters of Bitcoin. If they held their Bitcoin that they bought in the early days of it until now then they are Millionaires and a few of them are Billionaires too for sure.

I can say that I'm lucky that I saw this kind of opportunity and at my young age (early 20's), I have given the opportunity to change my life with the help of crypto. I know that there are some who sees crypto as their life changing tool too. I know I know but still we need to learn it in order for it to change our lives . I joined 2017. I see what you mean, I can only suggest you'd content with what you have. If it helps, don't think all the early adopters have kept their hodling consistent throughout the years.
Holding and managing bitcoin has probably been on of the hardest thing in my life. I'm grateful I've built a good position myself but it's been hard to keep up with all that it requires.
Being #stronghands is no easy task.

Forget the past, your mistakes and etc because its part of our journey and no one is perfect in this world . Wherein keep believing instead that you still have a ability to correct thus mistakes, indeed bitcoin still existing and promising nowadays so you still have a chance to become successful in the future. If bitcoin continues to grow, I think that the idea of anytime is the right time to invest is going to apply to it, my reason for saying that is either you wait for it to go down which is unlikely to happen right now considering there is a lot of positive happening in the bitcoin scene and if you wait for long and the prices gone up, you will end up getting less bitcoin for the money that you were planning to invest or you can buy now and hodl it and wait for it to grow.
