I transacted my ETH going to my ETH wallet using the BSC and the amount did not arrived.
I guess I lost my money as I tried again using the ETH network and it came to my wallet.
My question is, why would Binance give you an option to transact with BSC if its not supported on the coin you transacted. They have this questions that you will answer and if you will agree they'll send the transaction.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I dont understand it. You mean you send Ethereum while you used bsc network ? Or you send your ethereum to bsc address ? If you use mobile wallet such trust wallet then check ypur transaction or wallet on etherscan. If the transaction succeed you may lost it. If its failed your ethereum probably still in your wallet.

It looks like you are confused about blockchains. Read how to use Ethereum wallet on Binance Smart Chain https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/connecting-metamask-to-binance-smart-chainYou can also use Ethereum wallet on many similar blockchains. https://chainlist.org/Go to https://beaconscan.com/Enter your wallet and see your balance. If your coins are on balance, then everything is in order. To transfer your coins from the Binance Smart Chain to the ETH network use https://www.binance.org/en/bridge

Your transaction will not be reflected on the ETH blockchain, if you want to track your transaction then use the Binance blockchain: https://bscscan.com/There should be reflected. And if isn't reflected there, then contact Binance support and send them the transaction ID. I don't think you lose your coins, just find the right track for them

This may help: Question: Why can't I see my tokens after withdrawing from Binance Smart Chain (BSC)?
Answer: We've learned that Binance does not automatically withdraw to the main Ethereum network by default. They allows users to select Binance Chain or the Binance Smart Chain, their own blockchains, which allows Ethereum-based tokens to be held in the form of BEP2 and BEP20 respectively.
Question: How can I fix it if I already transferred my tokens from Binance?
Answer: If you already withdrew your tokens to their blockchain, you'll need to use the MetaMask add Custom Network feature to add the Binance Chain or Binance Smart Chain's RPC URLs endpoints to your MetaMask. We do not have a hosted or recommended URL for a Binance Chain node, you should probably refer to their documentation to find a URL recommended by them.
Once you've added the Binance Chain or the Binance Smart Chain to your MetaMask, you will be able to select different networks to view the assets (you may need to add Custom Tokens too) held by your selected account on that network. Source.Anyway if you have this difficulty I think Binance should add more notes if users want to withdraw via BSC (assumed it's not already there).

Dude you are not clear here. Is it that you transferred funds via a BSC bridge or what? Or you used a Binance Dex for a transaction? Be clear

So you withdrew from Binance and used BSC as the transfer network instead of ETH? I don't think your coin is lost. If you control the seed or private key then you can set up a BSC wallet on MetaMask or one of the alternatives using the same private key or seed, add ETH as a token, send the coin back to Binance, and then withdraw using the ETH network. Beats me why Binance won't put ETH at the top of the list.. that would help avoid a lot of confusion on part of users.. I know they gotta shill their networks but come on, it's ridiculous.

If you noticed they are not shilling their network but placed it in the order of lower fee platform first , so people uses platform which have low tx and withdrawal fees Make the ethereum transactions cheaper and it will be on the top of the list. Point is OP is trying to withdraw ETH, not BNB or any other tokens on BSC. Ethereum network should be on top of the list when withdrawing ETH, because well, 99% of the people withdrawing are withdrawing ETH, not some pegged token. And regarding your point about fees, it's just a coincidence in this case. Take a look at this below screenshot for example. TRX would be on #3 and BSC on #1 if they were ordering by fee. Also, I am not Vitalik lol, will let him deal with the fee. Don't see it going down anytime soon though.

I said all that in a lighter note. If it was possible CZ would have eliminated ETH to promote only BSC. And regarding your point about fees, it's just a coincidence in this case. Take a look at this below screenshot for example. TRX would be on #3 and BSC on #1 if they were ordering by fee. Now its seems it is based upon the alphabetical order

you didn't lose your ethereum mate, you just need to change your network from ethereum mainnet to bSC mainnet and i saw a lot of people give you a useful link how to change your netwrok buddy regards

This isnt something for educational or knowledge purpose but rather it can really be used basing off with peoples preference which isnt a bad idea either. @OP, links and images been posted above is the best thing to be followed or considered. It showed that the coins werent lost, you do just need to switch up the network to see of those balances. I havent tested it yet thought but this is indeed a good learning for someone who arent aware.

This is why I believe it is still secure as long as the private key is kept in a safe place!

do you mean you carry out eth transactions using the BSC? how do you think. I don't understand what you are saying. or maybe you mean you change your eth with bsc then transact but the wrong bsc address or what? can you explain in more detail?

There is a notification when you using a wrong network when sending a coin as a consequences you will lose your fund. But, just wondering have you contact the support? Perhaps the binance exchange can resent your found to your wallet again.
This is why, you need to be carefull when you send the coin in binance exchange. Indeed, there is two options when sending the coin using ETH network or Binance network. But, if I'm not mistaken, the binance exchange has a feature to read the coin address, if the address using the bc the network will automatically use BSC.

I don't fully understand what you mean, maybe it can be answered if you visit this site https://www.binance.org/en/bridgeIf you mean sending ETH directly over Binance Smart Chain it's impossible, and it will never arrive to BSC Wallet.

Personally, I do not understand what this is about, if a transaction was made, then it will be done. And this does not happen that the amount took and disappeared into nowhere. So you did something wrong. Try to do everything correctly to insert the necessary addresses. And the operation should be successful. I always use the Ethereum wallet and everything is fine, all operations are successful. So find the error in this operation.

It's lost. Ask CZ if he can give it back. Thing is, the wallet you sent it to probably doesn't support BSC network, so it got lost in the limb. Fun fact, if you import your wallet on BSC, you might just get it. (IE switch to BSC network on metamask and see if it's there)

Importing the wallet to BSC should work but again either the OP or anyone who had this experience would tell. I am curious to know the solution so i may try to send a small amount to the wrong chain and try to recover funds through this way, just for my knowledge and experimental purpose.

There you can somehow switch to different blockchains and your address can have several blockchains at once! This is really all somewhat complicated, I myself do not fully understand it, but in fact-your one Ethereum address, 100% has also the address of the Binance Smart Chain!
