Seems it was really up to Max doing quality control that was better than the mint. The fact this doesnt have a number means its also an error but Im struggling to see it. Most of the examples of errors he posted here: https://kialara.com/moon-production-updates/ look like it was around the eyes.

Max is very good at his work, not many Kialara error pieces in circulation that I know of.

To help clarify, the mint used the wrong reverse die on the last batch of these moon coins.

This is a photo of the correct reverse side of the moon coins. Notice the text.

That's good to know! I have one of these and couldn't figure out for the life of me what the error was
