Although the NMX token represents the Nominex exchange to reduce fees and fully mine it in 72 years, a high APY will be a major flaw. A high APY is not the best way to ensure a project's value exists stably. I have seen profit-taking lately when the value of NMX from $ 8 dropped to $ 5 in a few hours.

Under “connect your wallet” means I must connect mu metamask wallet?
As Nominex can be bought on Nominex exchange, to be able to start staking I need to first buy token, withdraw it, connect wallet and send token back to staking program? Looks like a roundabout to me.

A high APY is not the best way to ensure a project's value exists stably. I have seen profit-taking lately when the value of NMX from $ 8 dropped to $ 5 in a few hours.

Is not it a common game in the crypto market? The whale was pumping it and then dump it again.
I see that the team was also making awareness about this but it will actually useless. People will trade at their own risk. The price was surging from less than $2 to $5 and that's quite a good achievement by nominex so far.
So many garbage tokens on BSC were also pumped by the whales as well. That's a common thing to see NMX gets this too

The exchange is not new so maybe there are really big investors on this token. However, such very high APY is quite hard to sustain in my opinion. Where will it come from? 1 week ago nominex was added into Binance, so funds are actually hosted on binance.

The price increase of NMX is an increase in the amount of money put into the liquidity pool. It's a good organic boost but the problem is that it's too easy to mine and there are no strings attached to withdrawing the money from the liquidity pool. It is a flaw and an opportunity to manipulate the value of the project.

The high APY and the fact that it comes from a centralized exchange is an advantage to the long-term value of the project. What I'm more concerned with is that exchanges need more volume to make an impact in the crypto space.
