Can anyone provide guidance and patience?
I'm new to buying crypto and seem to have lost my money somewhere between apps.  I don't really know a lot about this stuff.
Here is what I have on my Android 11 (samsung) note10 phone:
BinanceUS.  Have done nothing with this app.
BitMart V 2.5.2
Trust Wallet V 1.29.3
I'll talk in generalities and not exact numbers.
I wanted to buy some safemoon, maybe a $1,000 US dollars.
I put $1,000 in my Trust Wallet by buying $1,000 of Bitcoin Cash (green icon with B and dollar sign) BCH.  I wanted to buy smart chain, but would allow me to for some reason. So I bought BCH and thought Id trade it for something else later.
Trust Wallet let my pull $1,000 off my credit card by using MoonPay.  In Trust Wallet (TW), I found BCH, tapped the Icon and entered a $1,000 and then next. I entered my Credit info and it said sending to: f3d3e4b6c16a6a365242ad2838d810e818d01ebce54c90ed3150745c53a11713
In Trust Wallet on the 6th of May, I have a Received: +.3246 BCH.
The sender was: 6a4dbcef8a9c1a97a41360cb7e814ca767423bca8fd38d3727ea673fe3017f72
All seems well so far.  However, this is were I cannot find my “stuff”.
I sent the same BCH (.3246) to what I believe is my BitMart account.
In TW I went to my multi-coin wallet and hit the send button and entered all my BCH.
The recipient was: qpmu7mya83vtvrff8gg9gzz99pclff4us8rlx2fdp
I use the copy / past function in both TB and BitMart.
In BitMart, I selected the BCH icon (green square with a B) labeled BCH Bitcoin Cash.  In BitMart, I used the copy button to get the address and then went to Trust Wallet and “pasted” the information into Send BCH tab and pasted the address and hit the “max” button to send it all.
The BCH is now been gone for days from my trust wallet, but I have nothing I can find in my Bitmart app to buy some safemoon with.
In the BitMart app (from google play store), I select the assets button on the bottom right and it says my Total Value (BTC) is 0. My equity value (BTC) is 0.
Under the assets tab, I have some coins listed but don’t know why they are there, but all are zero, USDT, BMX, BTC, ETH, XPR, and BCH.  All say 0.

Things I don’t understand.
1)   In BitMart, there is a BCH/USDT and BCH/BTC.  I don’t know what either are, but both are zero.
Can someone slowly and at a very basic level help me find my BCH?
I can send the helper a few bucks to help my find my money.

Did you do this transaction twice? Huh

I can see that 0.3246 BCH was originally sent to the address qpuefmag4yvpa87zssgurutt5fqwd6sg3st26cryqk in the transaction: 6a4dbcef8a9c1a97a41360cb7e814ca767423bca8fd38d3727ea673fe3017f72

This appears to be you buying $1000 worth of BCH in TrustWallet...

Shortly after, it was sent to the qpmu7mya83vtvrff8gg9gzz99pclff4us8rlx2fdp address in transaction: e6bef9af890531dfbe34d01e38f8faed6260b330903326dd6b2823e2fbd9ff55

This appears to be you trying to transfer the coins to "BitMart"

Then a few hours later... the address qpuefmag4yvpa87zssgurutt5fqwd6sg3st26cryqk also received 0.38670561 BCH in transaction: 1e4ab37d54e95763074a55a351e8cb21f14c1fead57edd5e678d46b0eb723298

And then that was also sent to the qpmu7mya83vtvrff8gg9gzz99pclff4us8rlx2fdp address in transaction: d74d74e9e8555b2b1eadd231c9beeaad55d2cc4efec86fb4d8950cf0baca5ba6

So, it's like the same $1000 transaction was made twice... and sent to qpmu7mya83vtvrffv8gg9gzz99pclff4us8rlx2fdp. Huh Huh Huh

In any case, BitMart is an exchange with a custodial wallet... so you'll need to contact BitMart support and ask them why your deposits of BCH to qpmu7mya83vtvrffv8gg9gzz99pclff4us8rlx2fdp are not being reflected in your BitMart account.

I would also you double check that your BCH deposit address in BitMart is actually qpmu7mya83vtvrffv8gg9gzz99pclff4us8rlx2fdp.

NOTE: I found this: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bitmart.com

Seems that this BitMart.com might be a scam or has very very very poor customer service. Lot's of stories of delayed deposits, delayed withdrawals and support tickets not being answered for days etc Undecided

I did try it twice.
I did not see it transfer the 1st time and tried again.
This seems like a bitmart issue?  I'll try to get them involved.

As mentioned above, it is very likely a Bitmart issue. I personally used them in the past and the experience is not so good. I can tell that their customer service suck and delayed withdrawals happen far too often which is why I stopped using them.

May I know why you use them in the first place? There are other exchanges that you can use to buy safemoon.
