Ban appeal for Pierre 2

Today my account Pierre 2 was banned from posting and sending personal messages on bitcointalk.
I received around 80 pms same day about my removed posts.

Please tell me what is off-topic or low quality about these example posts?

There are many examples of removed posts in my inbox, I would say just "unfair" to be removed. And 7 day ban for these posts seems bit too exaggerated to me.

When you look into dates of removed posts it is clearly seen something is wrong.  Noone can read many posts in couple of seconds.

If, your post is deleted for many reasons, before the mod takes action to ban you for 7 days.

Q: Why was my account banned?
A: You probably have broken one of the rules.

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]

2. No off-topic posts.

3. No trolling.

4. No referral code (ref link) spam. [1]

My advice: you have to wait for 7 days before your account can be used again, going forward, avoid spamming posts etc.

7 day ban is actually the shortest temporary ban and usually given out for spamming, it's in no way exaggerated and should be taken as a warning to change your posting habit or you risk future bans and a possible perma ban.

When you look into dates of removed posts it is clearly seen something is wrong.  Noone can read many posts in couple of seconds.

The mods could possibly go through the reports individually and then take action generally, this doesn't mean something is wrong.
Users can also reports posts within similar time frames, so mods with the benefit of the 'report comment' can act much faster.

Thanks for informing but I didn't spam at all, my posts were generally divided into 3 timeframes of a day: before noon, afternoon and night.
I will try hard after this but anyways I wanted to write my thought. Thanks.

The most common reasons as to why posts are usually deleted is because they are either off-topic or low quality. It's hard to judge this by just looking at your deleted posts. A thread from which your posts where deleted could give some clues.
1.  Were you making replies to spam mega threads?
2.  Were you replying old inactive threads that had not had any reply for a long time?
3.  Were you making responses in threads where other several members have already made similar replies/responses/discussions?

The temp ban is probably because of the number of deleted posts at that time (80)

Probably a mod reviewed some of your posts and they believed that the reporter was right on those cases may result into following the same for all the remaining posts, it doesn't look like a low quality post but it may fall under the category of spam if you're posting on threads which has no meaning of continuing the discussions further.

7 day ban is just a lesson to change your posting habits in the future.

After what the others have said, I would focus on improving my contribution to the forum and not complaining about the ban. 80 removed posts are a lot of posts. So, you have the chance in 7 days to post again and be a better forum member, don't miss your opportunity.

Probably someone has massively reported your posts for being of low quality, and the moderator, when he has seen that many reports were correct, has marked them all good massively.

Spamming does not always involve burst posting. Posting low quality or off topic replies could count as such as well.
The mods could have deemed your posts low quality and chose to act on the reports made. You could have a different opinion with the moderators as quality is most times subjective. Try to adjust your posting habits, to avoid such issues recurring.

Without knowing the threads and the topics in which you made those posts, it's difficult to speculate on the reasons why your posts got deleted. Even if they weren't off-topic, they can be deleted for other reasons.

Maybe you were repeating what others already said and some user/users started getting irritated and went through your post history reporting those kind of posts. I am just speculating, but many users don't read the threads they reply to. They read the OP, maybe a few posts below it, the last post in the thread, and then they comment. Just to be sure, read the whole thread (top to bottom) to ensure that what you are writing hasn't already been suggested and written by other users before you.

I agree about your concerns @Pmalek but if it only happened out of irritation, isn't it bit too unfair to remove every other post of mine and ban for 7 straight days?
Yeah I may accept that some of my posts could give similar answers to OP but that's pretty normal I suppose, I was also mainly focusing on OP and latest page of thread cause there are some threads with 25 pages, nearly impossible to read all of them.

Even though your post been deleted they will be some atoms of tangible reasons while the post is deleted, given a temporary ban such as 7 days, which is one week, from my understanding it shows as a warning concerning things you upload and low post, because it's obvious that before is been deleted totally in bitcointalk, moderators will assessed the quality of the comment, someone with high quality post or comment, the comments can be deleted without clarified reason, some times post is been deleted in a thread or the entire thread and they will not be reason but via basics knowledge you will notice that the thread is abducted.

If you agree this then you are violating the first rule itself, no spam and low quality posts.

My friendly advice is to stay away from mega threads which is anything more than 10 pages and try to get into discussion on a thread instead of posting on random threads which is nothing but some generic reply to OP.
