I am afraid to say they don't accept paypal or its not in the list. But you can use Visa, Mastercard or payeer to deposit.

PayPal, Payer, payments with Visa and Mastercard via third-party payment systems are accepted right now.

In the near future, direct payments by Visa and Mastercard will be available, and it is also planned to issue its own BETCONIX plastic cards.
