There is mistake, Xardasim got this wrongly, looking at his/her screenshoots no 3 and 4 you'll see that the bets results are "99.13" and "1.12" respectively, so I suppose all are the same as he was probably chasing "77.7X" in terms of multiplier not bet result.

Im really confused are you supposed to chase 77.7x multiplier or 77.7 bet number ?  and do you need to hit it exactly or just get close ?

You need to roll the number 77.7x (x=any number between 0-9).
