oksdaq is it a scam ?

Hello i am new to cryptocoins and i met a girl in tinder who claim to be from Korea.
she told me she invest in oksdaq.com and i invested too. i invested in ieo epc coin, do you know if i its a scam site ? i asked in another forum before investing and they told me the one site is ok but they didnt knew about oksdaq

please any help would be apreciated!!!!
