I use Nicehash, Viabtc, binance pool but lately Viabtc and binance pool have high fixed diff ( 8G on binance pool, 6G on Viabtc) so while mining it takes longer I mean very longer to see a share accepted, it worries me because I don't mine 24/7 but few hours per day, highest 20hrs but Nicehash which I've hated so much is the only one still using low diff like 800M diff size, what should I do Huh? I heard about Hiveon pool, reliable?

It doesn't matter, with high diff you will surely get low shares accepted in numbers but the result (payout) will still be the same, seeing the greenish color every seconds doesn't mean you will get higher piece of the pie either, 10$ is 10$ either high diff settings or low diff settings, adios

Nicehash sucks so don't use it unless you don't know how to configure pools settings in miners yourself, I'm using nanopool and the difficultly in NBminer shows 10G that's huge compares to binance pool and viabtc you mentioned but still I'm solving shares with 90MH speed, in the end I still get what my calculator predicted that I would earn every 24 hours.

I prefer pools with fixed high difficulty, the more you solve shares on a pool with high difficulty the better the end result will be for you, I suggest you keep using Viabtc pool and judge it after 24hrs of mining, then you will understand what I meant

Yes i agree reward chance gets higher but if you have high speed like 200-400mhs. but if he has 30mhs speed only pplns may ran very long for him.

Lol I'd just stick with Nicehash if 30MH is all I have, I think PPLNS pools are best for those who runs miners 24/7 none stop, that's why I don't use them, I prefer PPS pools because you can jump in anytime and exist any time too, you get paid for every shares you solve, things don't work like that on PPLNS
