altoins have a halving? similar to bitcoin?

that will mining profit is half ?

that depends on which consensus that already used by altcoin. If you meant altcoins that are still using POW consensus like bitcoin and there will always be a halving time like bitcoin.
the majority of altcoins were moving to the POS and i rarely seen POW altcoins being introduced these days.
When altcoin POW gets halving and it can reduce the reward a half like bitcoin

I believe some of them do but for what I understand, most Altcoins are involved in coin Burn than Halving like Bitcoin to reduces the total number of their coins in circulation but you will be able to see the few that does Halving like Bitcoin here
