Hello together,

today is a black friday dudes.

I recently invested heavily into Rocketgame.io / Rocketgame.vip ~ 35,000$ to earn daily dividends from the casino.

Today the following announcement got displayed on the site:

About 10 days ago, some members of our team were collectively infected with the COVID-19. They are still in the hospital and it is estimated that it will take a long time to recover. Therefore, the team has been unable to maintain the operation of rocketgame. We are going to turn off rocketgame. All the dividends of rocketgame and the funds will be returned to the users.

All the dividends will be distributed to the rocket token holders at once at UTC 04:00 Apr 17th.

Users can withdraw the funds now, and we will automatically withdraw all the funds of the user to the user deposit address at UTC 04:00 Apr 17th.

My take on this:

They rigged chances on their casino games, scammed users off of millions TRX, the team sold their rocket tokens on the exchange and now the time has come:

It has to close.

The casino itself made good profit on a daily basis and dividends were paid out on a daily, fully automatic. Nobody needs to work on the site.
There is no real reason of closure since its basically a passive website, it doesnt need a full team to maintain it.

So there is no obvious reason to close the casino. It has to be a scam operation from the beggining.


I lost arround 80k TRX playing on the site + I lost arround 200k TRX invested into Rocketgame token.
I play lot of keno on various sites and believe me, I've never saw a keno with a bad payout rate like theirs. To me playing it felt very obvious that something is wrong but I still thought I was just unlucky at that time. I wasn't able to recover even once, everytime I started playing with bigger amounts my balance just went downhill. All the time.

I saw people in the leaderboard loosing millions of TRX, I wasnt able to find anyone making profit in that leaderboard....
The site itself actually felt quite legit, you could've see anyones profit/loss statistics and overall it made a pretty solid stand.

Whats your take on it?

We (a group of investors) will sue the individual behind both websites.

IMO, weird situation recovery from COVID-19 really needed around 2-3 weeks after they already confirmed positive covid with interval 14 days. They closed the website because of that? then just hired other developers who maintain the role of that person who got covid. Anyway, to earn ROCKET not only buy but also betting (wager) If you just wager not really losing so much but while buying then you are really losing.

Sue the owner/team behind the website?
- Do you know the team?
- Where their live?
- Where the casino operation?
- And other things.

Even you know the casino operation build, sometimes type of this casino just rent the build with a few month they moving out while they already exit. I already facing who someone want to sue and other things in cryptocurrency space, most of them just wasting time, cost more money, and some people try to take advantage to the victim for sue to send more money for the reason "legal" action.

The team sold their rocketgame token on trontrade the whole time, manipulated the house edge and then exit scammed.
They've made it so it looks like a legit casino closure, you are able to withdraw your current balance and tommorow the dividends will be splitted. All good so far.

But I will ask you a question:

If the casino itself was very profitable, making a lot of profit per day...
In which freaking universum does it make sense to close a profitable smart contract casino which basically runs by itself?


I hold arround 1% of all tokens. The dividend pool is 240,000 TRX in total.
That means I will receive only 2400 TRX for my 180,000,000 rocketgame tokens, which I bought for arround 150,000 TRX.

I was supposed to get ~ 3500 TRX in a month. ~ 120 TRX daily.

With all due respect, here are my counter arguments to your unfounded scam allegation:

1)  you can't provide credible or concrete evidence of scam other than your claims of "if so profitable why close shop" and "website autopilots". It's quite obvious you have no knowledge of operating and maintenance of such sites.. fyi it's hugely resource intensive to build and monitor. The amount of money spent to build the site (u see how many gaming slots they have?), It was far superior to other competitors with an excellent interface.. blink is just shit.. now that doesn't make sense to just quit on after just being listed on apeswap on bsc. Accusations of team allegedly dumping their tokens can only be a suspicion and it's something that cannot be proven.. linking Wallet address ownership to the team is impossible.

2) if this indeed was a scam.. or rug pull or whatever u wanna call it.. then it must be the first of its kind that ive seen where users still get refunds and dividends paid out post-exit scam. Furthermore, it would also be the first scam I've seen where liquidity hasn't been pulled or team hasn't dumped the token and price of token not at $0. Maybe a conscientious type of scam? Nah, I'd say it's not as scam.

3) I have info from credible sources of offers to take over the project from a number of people, there's huge interest in the project by legit investors. The discussions have been ongoing and if it transpires, u will regret selling rocket tokens over unfounded allegations of "scam" as the thing will $10 easily with a new team

4) I admit that stopping business over covid claims is not the wisest of business decisions. However, one should keep an open mind on things..even if it is a crypto related endeavour. You just never know what's going on. Until such times, any claims of scam or rug pull is just that, a mere claim

The first thing that you will likely think ofwhen reading this would be "oh this person must be a team member". Well, if I really am, then that would give more weight to my argument that it wasn't an exit scam as claimed.. why would an alleged team member be defending a project that supposedly exit-scammed?

I can't help but feel that those who allege scam are those that lost money gambling And are guttered that they lost the chance to win their money back. Might be a good thing as you could have lost more.

Personally, I loved the site and upset that no other comparable platforms on BSC. Therefore i really hope discussions of takeover by new team transpires so they can continue to exist.

Lastly, just wanna add that, even if their claims are true (covid19 related) or even if the site makes tons of $$ daily.. doesn't make sense for them to quit.. well they have every right to do so at any time and they don't owe an obligation to run the site perpetually to anyone. Exercising this right at any time doesn't make it a scam.

Ps - good luck with your prospective lawsuit. Even if you can really locate the team.. with the existing facts on hand, your chances of a successful litigation is near to 0%. And I'm a lawyer by profession.
