Actually i cannot completely understand what is the question but pointing this part out?

Betting is called = Taya meaning to risk or to gamble either Money , Experience or reality because Bets does not only exist in money but also in many things that we can risk and spend in our lifetime.

But about if it is bad thing? no because it is our free will and our own desire, as long as you are not affecting others life ? then just go with iit.

We called it betting or gamble because we use money (which people use for the most). We called it gambling or betting, nothing different than the other places, but maybe that is just the name that will be different.

That is not the Betting I am referring to.  Choosing the right unknown or staking something valuable on the right unknown should be simple meaning of Betting. The right one could be determined "randomly".   Have you observe referee ask two players from two opposing teams to choose the right side of a coin that will be used to determine who takes the favorite parts in the beginning of a game? What the referee made them to do was bet and the favorite side was determined through lottery or coin flipping in the air... There is nothing risky about this.

Depends on the level of risk. Risk can be very minimal hence it doesn't qualify as gambling unless it's maximum risk. If mere risk is gambling, everyone on earth would be considered gambler because we take risk regularly. Risk has to little to be considered safe by World's standard. It'd be pretty hard to find zero risk.

In my country betting is called "Zalagane". If i understood correctly the question.

Interesting. Is that a traditional name? Better still, how long has the name been used in your culture? Is/was it seen as a good or bad thing?
One of my aims is to see that people don't abuse/misuse it. It is also important that people understand that it can be very useful if done correctly. I wish people are asking questions about it uses or how to make it very useful... They could be shocked by the answers they get from people who mean well and are passionate about it.
