Just private message the OP of the bounty thread and lock it if there are no more updates to be done.

Farming/bot accounts are likely, but we're not sure if these users you mentioned are just those who don't read at all and just proceed with their bounty reports.

You can use the "Report to moderator" button when you think it wasn't appropriate anymore. That isn't new to Bounties board since there are really users who use bot accounts to farm bounties or those accounts are just complying yet I think the BM will just ignore those I suppose.

Those probably are bots, as bounty hunters are notorious for putting in as little effort into their work as humanly possible--or it could be that these members (if indeed they are separate individuals) don't even realize the bounty has ended.  This sort of reminds me of all of those moronic signature campaign applicants who apply to campaigns that they're clearly not qualified for, because of rank or merit requirements or whatever.  Never underestimate the desperation of those who use bitcointalk as their place of employment.

And yeah, OP you probably didn't need to start this thread.  If you see something like this in the future (which you probably will), just contact the bounty manager.

You can leave neutral feedback to those account for further reference, it didn't prevent them to join any campaign but at least the campaign manager would think twice before accepting them (especially good campaign)

Reporting without any relation with each account is useless, if you could bring proof of those participants are connected, they can get negative trust.

In such cases the manager: EdxSwap, also played an active role in this, although the campaign's written thread ends April 18, one day the announcement ends. The bounty manager should lock the thread of the bounty, no new reports are submitted, after the set date.

Sometimes many participants did not read the campaign rules, many made reports after the set date, In fact, in cases like this the forum does not want to know about the reports of campaign participants, the manager who evaluates all of them, whether their reports are counted or not.

OP, you should report cases like this to the Bounty manager, I think it's a wise move for their actions.

Bounty hunters itself a kind of bot. They just need to spam, doesn't matter either on the forum or on social media. I am not saying all bounty hunters are spammer, but most of them are a spammer. There are a few good hunters as well, but very less. Anyway, this problem could solve by the manager. Not sure if the report to the moderator work in this case since the moderator needs to study the bounty thread before taking action. I believe 90% of bounty hunters never read the thread and latest announcement, especially in the altcoin section. As a result, we are encountering a lot of spam.

It's normal in bounty section now a days. we can not expect something good from there where hunters are doing behavior like as bot with their hundreds of alt accounts. ( some high ranked bounty hunters obviously play a good rolls there)

You can not stop there by creating such thread here, because they only know how to post a bounty report. And by whom they come here in this forum they did not teach them atleast they need to read the campaigns rules and update before making any job for any project.

In this case only the manager can stop them by simply locking the bounty thread.

I believe there is no need to report it to the moderators. They're not here to do the job of someone else (the campaign managers).
Even if they do it; moderating what? Is there a rule saying you're not allowed to post once the campaign is over? Nope
In any case, they are not the janitors because some are too lazy to maintain their topics (close it when it is no longer needed)

Instead of leaving neutral feedback to the bounty hunters, what about giving a neutral to the campaign managers, saying something like, "too lazy to close the topic" "Accept spammers in campaigns" etc...?

This is not only an issue in the altcoin/bounty sections. This happens in nearly all campaigns. Noone reads anything, not even the title of a thread. A manager can post full in the title and there will be 5 new applications an hour later.

yes that's right almost 80% Bounty Hunter never read rules before join bounty campaign just working and spamming altcoin/bounty sections.

I don't get how they are able to do those kind of things, I mean you are basically exploiting the system and it is also unfair to other people that are trying to do it honestly because they get left behind. This isn't my first eencounter of a bot for exploit but damn, this is a sad story hopefully BMs will be able evaluate how they choose their participants.
