This guy is talk of the town again. Does he have anything else to do. Fu*k Craig F Wright. He can not prove anything. It's another attempt from him to be in the news headline. London High Court is not running by some stupids. Give it a few weeks and everything will become normal again.

Not yet, it seems Wright is in the mood to start as many Court cases as he can.

His success or failure hinges on whether he can prove beyond reasonable doubt in a Court of law that he is the creator of Bitcoin. He had many opportunities to provide evidence but never did therefore questions are asked why these Court cases were given the go ahead in the first place.

This Court case could be his undoing if the judge accuses Wright of being a liar. We have to wait to see how this plays out.

We’ve been making fun of this guy since the day he claimed as a real Satoshi like seriously?  What is his main agenda for having a very cocky personality? Does this guy have a complex never been published to the public?  Or was he paid to do what he does today?
(Which is we all know might this guy seeking attention to the public)

I think the only reason why he sued Cobra, the owner of the Bitcoin.org domain, is because he just wanted to have some publication and then so on monetize it.

I think if cobra could counter-sue this guy, it might hurt his ass really hard.  Cobra has all the resources to win over the case, and also, hiring a good lawyer isn’t really that expensive to Cobra while this CW nothing to prove what he claimed.  So be it and let see what will happen next.

This is not news anymore after what CSW had said and done all these years. The court of course accepted this but as soon as the hearing begins and it becomes clear that the argument of CSW has no solid basis and that the man is a lunatic then this case will surely be trashed.

CSW is an extremely bitter person who tries to make himself great and relevant in the face of all his failures and insignificance. CSW along with his BSV should all be trashed.

I think he has such an opportunity, and I am sure that, in addition to resources, Cøbra also has reliable information that would help to catch Craig in a lie. But, if we talk about the expediency of any actions, I will assume that Cøbra prioritized a long time ago, given that the materials of the counterclaim can become public (including the disclosure of information that he does not want or cannot disclose for obvious reasons).

From a legal perspective I am not sure Cobra can counter-sue on any grounds.

Having said that it does not make too much of a difference for Cobra because they will have their day in Court and their lawyers will have the chance to question Wright directly. If they ask questions that will put Wright in difficult spot then I guess they will not only win the case but also put Wright in his place.
