At this point in time, if you want to find an android wallet developer, you need to pay something more than 1 BTC.  There is only a hand full of us and we all have our hands full of the coin wallets we have already started working on.

I made the devcoin android wallet and I had to parse the merged mined headers of blocks to do that so it wasnt a simple copy... Let me know if you need it by pm.. I work full time as a software engineer so I can work on it on weekends.. takes 2 weeks to make it from scratch.
