Nothing is impossible especially DOGE is a fantastic coin, the support of many big companies makes the price of DOGE continue to skyrocket, but we have to be realistic, the price of $20k can be achieved with many conditions, especially it can be officially accepted by the US government.

I think this is a bit crazy because Doge coin is only used by Elon Musk Fomo to increase the price, it has no real application other than Dice game and HYIP investment channel so I think Doge price in the next 5 years will  around 3$~5$ is reasonable.

But there is a 200,000x difference between those two predictions, even if hyperinflation came I do not think that it will become true as people in those instances are going to look for assets that can become a store of value, and do you really think that doge has that characteristic? And the answer is no, so it is going to be almost impossible for dogecoin to reach a price remotely close to those levels, and even then there are going to be people that think it is possible and they will hold their coins only to lose a lot of money when the price finally crashes.

It's possible in two conditions probably, either hyperinflation as you said or big coin burn. I don't know how they would do it, maybe some organization buy and send coins to unknown/unused random address. Other than that it's beyond impossible because of total coin supply.
