So it all Started back in August 2020, Jeff published a roadmap for Uptrennd (1up) and started to promote it. Since a lot of sweet things were mentioned,it drove attention of a lot of investors. Investors trusted him and bought a large amount of tokens thinking that Jeff would deliver all the promises according to the roadmap.

Not only that, he has had been doing OTC deals for 1up tokens behind the curtains at a discounted price per token just to fill his own pockets out of greed, and now he is saying he did not make any money from this. Where did the money from OTC deals go as they were not spent on anything , since nothing happened according to the roadmap.

But behind the scenes that was just a pump for him to sell his tokens as well as the friends he had inside. people were waiting for promises to be delivered but literally nothing happened. jeff was always on telegram to tell the investors that everything is going to be delivered and they shouldnt worry about it.

Some of the investors started to complain, as things were just being dragged and were not being delivered at all. So in December jeff stopped responding to the investors in telegram as well as on twitter, he deleted uptrennd from his twitter bio, in last 6 months he only appeared for a max of 3 times in telegram. Lot of investors were disappointed and sold at a lower price.


Jeff literally has been dumping millions of tokens on daily basis. And if you can see the etherscan , the address sells 1up tokens, converts them to ethereum, then sends to another address which is an exchange in montreal and then converted to BTC.
He has been lying to every single one of us, and has been selling tokens, and making inside trades for his friends.

This guy Ivan was once the in their Core Team, and he admitted what has been happening





It was Jeff Kirdeikis and  Martin Kiel who have scammed all of the uptrennd investors with their fake promisses.

A month ago, jeff announced that a big news is coming and everyone investor of uptrennd will be done right by.
The day the news was supposed to come out, it didnt come out and delayed for a month, Just today they announced a news that uptrennd.com will close at the end of may, and the investors can convert their coins to trodl coins, at a ratio 10:1

That means 10 1up coins will be equal to 1 tro coin.
This is a pure scam.
Right after he announced the news, he dumped the token price and removed liquidity. How is this fair?
This guy should be reported to the authorities for pulling such big scam.

This guy is a scammer, I have lost my life savings in his promises. Dont trust this guy at all.

He has many faces, He runs many other projects including Axion. where he has made alot of ethereum out of people's pockets. He has his face hidden in that project and never shows up there. But he is running that project as well which is shaddy.

I will definitely go for a Lawsuit to recover my money from this scammer. I have proofs of convos and everything.
I will make him pay for this scam.
Its not just me im talking about, there is an army of investors who invested because of his fake promises.

Jeff built TRUSTSWAP from selling 1UP tokens. He paid the devs who were working on both projects. Except in Jeff's own words 95% of his time went to Trustswap.

I wouldn't trust my money on something project like this, if i were you, i would only put 1 ETH , why would you put until 15 ETH to this project? I didn't say I invested more than I could afford to lose. I said I lost 15 ethereum. I lost that based on promises from the CEO Jeff Kirdeikis. Someone that created "trustswap". Did I get scammed? Yes. Should Jeff get away with what he has done? No.

The tired adage of "this is crypto bro" has to stop.

I know you and other people who get scammed must blame the acused scammer, but how you will blame him? I do believe he hasn't any account on this forum, you made a right decision to warn people from investing on this shitcoin, but it doesn't mean you can get your money back for him

Herein lies the problem, which is trust in the person and not the project. Jeff did not offer anything on the technology front that would make people trust him. You trusted his words which was blurry from the moment it was launched.
Perhaps your chances of getting to the judiciary are better depending on the country you are in and the degree of authenticity of the documents you present.
Unfortunately we cannot help you. The best thing you can do is to hire a lawyer and try to prosecute that person or sue against him.

Definitely do this based on his Twitter account he as around 23k followers and he is currently promoting his new project/scam, TrustSwap, and there are several people who are optimistic with this project (probably bought tweets) and what you can do is find people who have negative replies against him just like this one and message them if they are interested in being part of suing Jeff Kirdeikis share information regarding his whereabouts to know how you will approach with this legal matter hoping that his real identity is Jeff Kirdeikis.

Oof, yeah that's an awful drop-off in price. Was it because of the liquidity rug pull specifically or was your token also recently delisted from an exchange? I have tagged the dev's account but it won't do much as he hasn't logged in to the forum in well over a year.

Certainly this guy shouldn't be able to run scam project after scam and continue to attach his face to future projects with his reputation unscathed. At the very least, scam accusations aside, his past demonstrates he's shitty at running businesses and shouldn't be trusted around money.

It was only on uniswap, jeff kirdeikis kept on dumping the tokens on daily basis, and kept lying to everyone that development was on going, but there was no development. there were loads of promises he made when he was marketing it. as you can see in screenshots, none of that development happened.
He removed liquidity and dropped the token price. Now is saying that he is not affiliated with that token anymore, which is a shame.
He keeps on scamming again and again because he owns biggest crypto groups like cryptocurrency investing and crypto coin trader. So anyone who goes there and talk against Jeff, gets banned and removed by him instantly, therefore people dont see the other side of his face.
He has his friends, he only helps them to make money by hyping at the back of the investors.

It never reached all time high in december, it was just a price glitch due to some bad exchange which had no liquidity. it was only a price glitch.
