Important Update: Due to copyright issues we will postpone the CryptoPunks Claim event to the future. We are working on getting copyrights in order to list CryptoPunks on BSC NFT exchanges. We are really sorry for this outcome so close to our event, but we won‘t give out CryptoPunks if we can‘t make sure that people can legally trade them on exchanges.



Update: Unless stated before, we will give CryptoPunks and the initial batch of KTTY for free, there are zero conditions linked to it. The claim is limited to 4 CryptoPunks per Person. So only 2,500 people will get the chance to participate! Please note, that your KTTY will be locked until we have our IDO/IEO.

About KittyCorn x CryptoPunks

Every since LarvaLabs created the first NFT collection CryptoPunks in early 2017, which consists of 10,000 unique 24x24 pixel art images, NFTs have seen a thrive of success on blockchains.
Five years later, they are being traded and auctioned off by their owners, creating a limited edition pixelated art. As they gain in popularity, the price of a single CryptoPunk keeps rising.

Now, in April 2021, we have ported CryptoPunks to Binance Smart Chain (BSC) allowing users to mint a fresh collection of CryptoPunks (the BEP-721 contract can be found on BscScan). Since this is more like a restart of CryptoPunks on a new chain, people who have missed out the initial issuing of CryptoPunks on Ethereum have the chance to claim CryptoPunks at really low prices.

Each user or address is only able to buy up to four CryptoPunks. The reason behind it is to make it fair for everyone so that a bigger amount of interested people can claim their CryptoPunk.



About KittyCorn Token (KTTY)

In advance to our NFT trading and minting platform, which is in development now, we will issue our KittyCornToken (KTTY) in a pre-sale and a general release. KTTY token itself will be used as payment token for trading NFT and generating new ones on that future platform.

Please note: Although we are working on our own marketplace, we will make CryptoPunks available to existing BSC NFT marketplaces!

We will issue the first batch of KTTY together with the punks on May 8th 12pm, UTC. Each address which claims a punk will also receive 500 KTTY on top. So users will be able to receive up to 2,000 KTTY in total.

The general release will happen at a later point. We are currently in contact with several BSC Swap Exchanges. As soon as we know the next steps, we will inform you here and on telegram.

If OP can't wait, yes, he can easily purchase copper membership. But if not, that's fine. Just a matter of time to get to Jr Mem. But anyway, if the OP registered here a long time ago, it means he already knows what to do with their project in order to attract interest from the community. NFT is a booming business in crypto, now, it is how you market it to crypto users how you can gain their trust to look into your project.

Yes, exactly. CryptoPunks was the first NFT on Ethereum which inspired developers for the NFT standard ERC721 (BEP721 on Binance). ERC721 makes an NFT tradeable on Exchanges. However, the original CryptoPunks on Ethereum are not ERC721 compliant, so you cannot directly trade them, but that is too complex for now.

CryptoPunks was originally on Ethereum and it is still there and we don't and cannot touch them. We have ported it to BSC in order to make a new set of CryptoPunks tradeable in Binance Ecosystem, such as BakerySwap and also the upcoming Binance NFT Marketplace. On top, transaction fees on BSC are tremendously lower than on Ethereum, which makes it more fun to trade here.

I am sorry, if this is not clear enough in our original post. We will do both, so people who claim a Punk for 0.1 BNB will automatically get 500 KTTY on top.
You can see it either way, that you pay for claiming the punk or the issuance of the token. Both will be issued to the users in one transaction.

Where are you going to run the presale? on your website?

The presale is being run on the website. However, technically the presale is controlled by the smart contract which had been deployed to BSC already.
All the users do is performing a transaction on the contract function "mint" (see contract on BscScan)
by clicking a button on the website which is connected to metamask. If you check the smart contract you will see, that this is as safe as possible.
The mint function will request 0.1 BNB and automatically returns 1 PUNK and 500 KTTY to the user.

Each punk has their own features (attributes) and their own look. LarvaLabs, the original creator of CryptoPunks created a picture collection of 10,000 punks which shows all the characteristics of those punks.

These NFT are simply collectibles, which are the ones with the highest trading volumes on Ethereum. So for CryptoPunks on BSC, we are already in contact with NFT marketplaces to get them listed.
You will not be able to mine KittyCorn Token, since it's a token and the Total Supply is fixed to 100m.
But you will be able to trade and create NFT in the future using KittyCorn on our upcoming platform.

I know, that was a bit technical. But I hope I could answer your questions.

There is a limit per address which is 4. Originally, we wanted to mint the unsold punks and KTTY to the current holders after 7 days.
However, to address this problem of market fluctuation and in order to be more in the spirit of the creators of CP we decided to give them out for free.
That means people will only have to pay transaction fees and that's it!

We will fund the project by a certain amount of punks we mint for ourselves.
