Will Cardano overthrow Ethereum?

Almost all tokens running on etherscan are also on bscscan, since bsc is a product of Etherscan even you can use a single address for both ETH and Binance smartchains, I'm not sure if bscsan adoption can overthrow ETH in the future.

not only BSC we can use in ERC address. most other network smart contracts you can also use via an ERC address. all settings can be customized in metamask.
By far the biggest popularity and adoption is still for ethereum. not so good for BSC if later more and more are just scam projects.

if you think so there is nothing wrong but many say it will not be possible in a very long period of time even, myself included in the opinion that it will not happen. many possible factors we have to look at until we can say it's unlikely to happen one of which is higher eth demand.

Cardano market capitalists don't seem to be able to overthrow ETH, Although the development team must have worked very hard to develop Cardano as a good crypto asset, but we need to remember that the current ETH team is clearly superior, because of its achievements to date and definitely not will let another platform replace it.

If everything works out right for ethereum and we get version 2.0 without any issue then I personally dont think Cardano can get to ETH level Maybe it will have a close marketcap but still dont forget there are other ETH Competitors out there that can beat ETH they do have smart contract active too. I don't think so, although everything could be possible in cryptocurrency, it is so hard to tell that cardano would overthrow ethereum coin. Since bitcoin now becomes more famous, some says ethereum 2.0 version makes market crazy, it is difficult for cardano coin to overthrow ethereum even for a couple of years. Cardano shows a very promising progress and development over the past few months and even becoming more competitive altcoin in the market however I don't think that Cardano can overthrow Ethereum knowing for a fact that Ethereum also is doing plenty of development that makes its more attractive to many investors.

It is one of the good coins that we can see in the top 10 but the same as you. I don't think that it can remove Ethereum and overthrow it in its place. Ethereum is just getting started with its fixing and upgrades that will make it good for the long term. I don't have much update about Cardano's progress and upgrades but I'm also reading some little information that it's not going to let itself be at the last stand. But despite of that, it's not enough to see that it can be more than Ethereum.

not sure about overthrowing but Cardano is one of the leading project right now and they have Alonzo update coming up in August that should set it for long run. Even if it doesn't overthrow eth it is one of the leading project in the market that continues to bring nice ROI for investors and enthusiasts alike.

Ethereum hasn't done any wonders at the market. There was a lot of hype regarding ETH 2.0, but it turned out to be a damp squib. The developers are going for a "phased" implementation, because the testing is not yet completed. They are worried that security issues may be revealed and the hackers and criminals may use it to steal tokens. Security has always been an issue with Ethereum. When compared to Bitcoin, the protection being offered by the ETH chain is very low. After the cryptopia exchange got hacked, the promoters even came out and blamed the security issues within ETH for the hack. And it is not an isolated incident.

in my opinion it is something that is unlikely to happen, because cardano is not a real ethereum competitor. I think the one who has the possibility to compete with ethereum is BNB and maybe Bnb will overthrow ethereum.

even with high transaction fees, ETH can't be beaten by BNB's capitalization. what else with ADA? I believe this is still too far. it's not a matter of good or bad a project. it is related to market adoption and interest in assets for trading and investment. ETH is still the main altcoin.

The transaction fees is also a major factor that diverts investors and other small players away from the project, first bitcoin was having high transaction fees when it was most popular coin in the ICO frenzy era. Now in the DeFi era Ethereum is having huge gas costs, then it can also be replaced by Cardano or any other coin if something is not done for this issue.
I used to exchange my bitcoin for ethereum to get away from paying huge transaction fees when transacting between the exchanges and now I tend to use USDT for the same purpose as it gets the job done pretty easily.

I am more inclined to either waves for overthrowing ethereum as it is also having a great potential and is undervalued for the features that it provides.

I can not answer whether it will happen or not. Because something we don't expect can happen. You better understand that in cryptocurrencies many surprises are stored for the future.

You know one truth is, comparing two big projects or two outstanding projects is always tough, tough in the sense that both team knows what they want and are already working towards a long term goal.
Now coming to the discussion at hand, Ethereum is one coin that many coins are challenging often and on, and yet it keeps surprising them with its growth. To make is more explanatory, during the bull run Ethereum gas fee was nothing to write home about and many projects were migrating, one would have thought that would be the end, but look at the growth so far.
ADA on the other hand shows its team are always silently and diligently working hence the reason people are comparing the two coins.
But however, Ethereum have no competitor in my own opinion, because many projects are in one way or the other taking a leaf from it, which means it is the best, many projects are still launching on it, there are also many layer 2 tech; thus there will be no bigger market cap than that of Ethereum with the exemption of Bitcoin.

No doubt we have witnessed huge improvement in ADA network during the past one year and that is also reflected on its huge price improvement  but yet it is far from surpassing Ethereum Marketcap. There is strong possibility that Ethereum market cap may get doubled or even tripled if London hardfork upgrade is nsuccessfully implemented which is likely to happen after few hours from now and next upgrade is Ethereum 2.0 full implementation which will change it from POW to POS and that will certainly bring down transaction fee substantially as well as buring process of ethereum will start to bring down its supply.

When i am waiting for cardano's smart contracts my beard and hair getting white, my back is start to hurting and i started to forgot things. Couple years past and still waiting for the smart contracts. I dont know the initial road map but something is going wrong for sure. And dude still are you really asking the overthrowing? It is hard to pass ethereum even in marketcap rank for a couple days.

Well, who knows what will happen in cryptocurrency, you will never know what is in store for Cardano and Ethereum. I mean you saw the good prices Bitcoin gave us in the first and second quarter of 2021 or first half I should say. But of course as far as overthrowing Ethereum from second place as King of the Alts and Cardano becoming the King, that is to be seen. If Cardano can deliver things that ETH cannot then there might be a chance. But Axiie is popular right now and it utilizes ETH so there you go. Answer is, not now.

Nope i dont think so cardano could overthrow ethereum. Cardano right now cant even make their own smart contract in time. I mean how long they been talking about it ? . I think in matter of development Ethereum is still few step a head and it will be hard for cardano to catch up the real use case that ethereum has.

i think Cardano been ada coin has the momentum to move, but it moving gradually process, at my initial time, Ada was looking like a stable coin, no increase in price. But currently, Bull run has making the market on green point.
