19 ETH is a lot of money and I think that Cloudbet hostaging your money is alarming. Although, I can understand why they might be hodling back that money, money laundering can be done through crypto gambling so they might be taking some precautions that you are not laundering the money.

Well, yes, but i deposit just 1ETH, and won 20ETH. How is that laundering Please tell us more about the case? You made 20x profit from a single bet or series of bets? It would me more helpful if you can provide link to screen shots of your bet history. Recently cloudbet took almost 2 months to release a big win but they did and initially I gave them negative feedback but after they paid in full I withdrew my negative trust. What I think is they are lacking in customer care which is why they are taking so much time to make big payments because they have to make sure about any money laundering or potential loophole in their system which can be devastating for a casino. I suggest you to keep little more patience and hang in here with regular reminders for cloudbet. I am optimistic that you will get you money if you have done nothing wrong. I am repeating that posting your bet history up front will make you case more stronger. |

I have given them enough time for an investigation. Which is also understandable.

I hope users here believe that I have absolutely not committed any fraud. In no way. All timestamps from deposit to withdraw are of such short duration that this should be clear. Your comment should mean an even bigger red flag and I hope I can warn people about CLOUDBET this way! |

The fact that he did not immediately blew posts in here but tried to solve it in a normal, civil way is actually a proof that he is honest and was expecting a fair resolution from Cloutbet. I envy him for the amount of patience that he had untill now! |

Have you sent him any mail stating your position before posting here? or is it the first time you are telling him ? knowing the exact ground of ban is quite important here as future players can avoid this, also keeping this secret will allow no room for transparency in your system which is sign of honest sports book quite often. |

Obvious reasons, lol. What are the reasons? If OP allows you to speak about it openly there should not be a problem. OP and we need answers from you, not from curacao egaming. Seems like yet another try to not pay, just like 2 weeks ago with the guy who waited 2 months to get paid his 25000$. Shameful! |

any update on your case? Cloudbet stated that you can contact Curacao eGaming and I recommend you should contact Curacao. 19ETH is a huge amount of money and making all the possible or available action you can take would be worth all the hassle if the result is you getting your 19ETH back. I just wish Cloudbet could show what the violation was.
