If Bitcoin fall to $3000, can it be called an investment for the one who bought at $60k?

yes because thats how investment works . in investment there is risk that an assets value can go down . 60k down to 3k in btc is unlikely at this moment and there are less people that will buy that high ( 60k ) but if they will buy will wait for a decline first .

If you hold any fiat, $ for example. Can you say that is a Dollar investment?
When you buy a house to live in, is this investment or physical good? You must pay bills, servicing for this house, to keep them usable.

holding fiat alone is called savings but if you save or put it in banks , that was the time it will be called investment .  a house is physical and it can be consider as goods because it has a value and you can sell it , it was an investment as well .

Exactly it is our own choice that how we perceive Bitcoin and use it in our own way.

Investors have added a new assest to their portfolio which can give them high returns in short span instead of Real Estate or Stock market.Many whales are holding huge amounts of funds in bitcoin as they have grown significantly over these years.They are just holding it as investment.

For some Bitcoin is best and alternate option for gold and other assest in the market because they think in the long run they will have some assest which is deflationary and with rising inflation fiat value is decreasing and on the other hand Bitcoin prices are increasing.

Some people are happy that many people are now accepting Bitcoin because they can easily make payments through their Bitcoin wallets and get their stuff and they are using Bitcoin as currency instead of digital cash or fiat as they like to see Bitcoin as currency system.

I will advise you to wait till it weekend you buy. According to the Bitcoin mine statistics, next to mining difficulty adjustment will happen in 2days which is Saturday and once the adjustment is downward it will trigger the dump in the price of the Bitcoin market.

Partially it's of a truth that you can buy Bitcoin whenever you feel like but looking from another Angel of it everybody suppose to have a target point before buying a coin, because rushing to purchase can equally leads for negative impact and the buyer will be so regretful for purchasing a coin, been aware of when a coin is going down or up is the major point of traders or cryptocurrency investor major objectives to make profit, because that's determine its profit level.

This is the best way to ho about it, not minding the price at any particular point to enter the market if your opportune. Yes, its always best yo buy low and some point might seem too high to enter the market if you are to make the most profit but, one thing we must understand is the fact that, profit is profit.

You mustn't get every penny in the market before you accept the fact that, you actually made some profit. Before the current price which reach $60k and I didn't expect that the price decreased.

If you have a strong ego you can buy every time the bitcoin falls to its seafloor its good to grab the chance to make an investment at this rate, but again not all the dip tells you that there is a reversal movement, if you check on the graph its a strong downtrend and not the lowest price already, always check the graph analysis and try to make a conclusion it's better to use trend lines not just only imagining the market movement. From the previous year that the bitcoin touches the 3k usd this is one of my most regret not buying a lot of bitcoin.

We not going back for $400 per bitcoin but strategy to buy is if it retraces to some old support(price) you can buy and hope price recovers soon.
