Some of your other reviewed casinos don't have mandatory KYC 1 verification like them, but still you have given the same rating in KYC and anonymity part of those casino. Shouldn't there be little difference in the rating? As example: Roobet got 2 points for having mandatory KYC 1 verification.

Roobet has three steps of verification including the 'source of the funds' verification, which is not a common thing in the crypto gambling space.

Yes, the use and allowance of VPN are quite crazy because some sites allow it but I don't understand why these casinos are restricting users to access the game while openly allowing them to use a VPN which is obviously meant to access the blocked content. It may be to satisfy the license provider and allowing the use of VPN because they can call it for privacy but really bogus terms.

And I too enjoy reading these honest reviews not written to appease a casino or promoting them. I hope he can continue doing the same for a longer because at some point everyone gets greedy .

Not all gambling websites allow the usage of VPN, especially for accessing the banned in your country game providers.
For example, mBitcasino that I have just reviewed, forbid the VPN according to the terms and conditions, although I was able to play there with VPN, deposit, and withdraw.
I think it can be fine to use a VPN till the moment you win something big and decide to cashout the winnings. This is the moment when a casino can easily close your account and confiscate all the winnings. So it is better to double check if the VPN is allowed or not.

I don't think that the maximum rating is achievable. My grading is strict, but all the casinos are on an equal footing.

Have you ever checked the reviews that I create? There are several sections that I pay attention to and each one can receive from 0 to 5 points. The total rating is an average of all the sections' grades.

I have received a marketing email from the TrustDice CEO, whose name is Daniel.

It looks like Daniel does not disdain using false advertising.

First of all, Daniel promises that TrustDice will never take any withdrawal fees from me. They will only deduct the amount needed to send the payment.

Here is my personal experience. I have requested my withdrawal and paid 0.00001271 BTC for processing.



This is the screenshot of the transaction. As you can see it was sent with a fee of 0.00000304 BTC. Four times less than was actually deducted.

Another promise I see in the email, is that the support answering time is under 2 minutes.

Reply from the support depends on their availability. Support remains busy when a casino have too many active players. Don't know how much active user Trustdice have. But deduct a point if it happens always. I have two conversation with Trustdice support. They took 9 minutes and 3 minutes to give a response to my enquiry (Both was 26 weeks ago).

What is important is where did the rest of the money go? If it is returned to the user on his balance, that may not be a big deal (although I doubt the user can do anything with such a dust amount). However, if the difference in amount is deducted from the user, then there is an element of dishonesty going on. It doesn't matter if it's better than the fixed fee that other casinos charge, it's a matter of principle and fair business practice. Of course, it could be just a bug in their system.

Looking at the images, it seems there is different understanding for the "withdrawal fee" between you and Daniel. Maybe Daniel understand "fee" is something like when they take some money for their own benefit so I do not think it is a false advertising. Coming up the time for the live support to answer, I think the 2 minutes is an average. It does not mean that they will always reply under 2 minutes as there can be some time when it takes longer time to wait.
