You are making sense because when i saw the write-up too i taught that the objective or aims is to hire someone that will be of help to manage company such as bounty or normal signature campaign, so it's good to analyze points of view in order, op can't pick offence to you because you're giving op the actual directive measure for better development, even with this impression that enable me to understand exactly what op text is all about.
