At first I thought that he had already named his long-issued stablecoin, which was first supposed to be released under the name Libra, then Diem, and now it is generally unknown with what name, because, as it turned out, there is a cryptocurrency company in England that already long ago released its token with the name Diem. Zuckerberg postponed the next issue of this stable coin to January of next year, however, it is not known how the problem with the double was solved.

It seems Mark is missing the limelight from a long time. Especially after his dream project Libra failed to take off, he has become very silent about the crypto matters. Hm I believe there is more to your analysis than you yourself even think. He certainly remembers the killed goat he served to Jack Dorsey and wanted to create some buzz in the cryptocurrency community by calling the next goat Bitcoin. As he seems to be into killing goats himself and eating them, I am curios what his actual intentions ar. Things don't work like that. Zucker could have integrated Bitcoin to Facebook and it could have been mutually beneficial for both the sides. But he had other things in mind. He wanted to steal the technology and hype from Bitcoin and wanted to use it for himself (if we believe the Winklevii, Zucker did the same thing back in 2003-04). Unfortunately for Zucker, this time his blatant plagiarism wasn't received well and he had to shelve his plans. My advice to him still stands. It is never late to become a Bitcoiner. Integration of Bitcoin in to Facebook can do wonders. All Zucker needs to do is to put his ego on a shelf.

These goats look young and cute. While the name's weird for a goat, I guess you know something's really popular when people start naming things after it. That post has 1 million reactions on Facebook, so it's also great publicity for Bitcoin. Maybe it's just for some kind of show because of the current trend which is the word "Bitcoin". I don't know if it's correct to judge the person's character from a movie, but, when I recall the movie The Social Network this kind of actions don't seem that surprising.
On the other hand, we can't really know what kind of person he is and I think that it's quite possible he's just having some fun and there was no hidden motivation behind that.

Well guys, this may be a sign that Zucker's hatred towards Bitcoin is melting away. First of all, his anti-Bitcoin stance was triggered probably because of the involvement of the Winklevoss twins. I would say that this post is more in line with Zucker's political views. He is a product of the fiat system and he doesn't have anything to gain by supporting cryptocurrency. Perhaps like mv1986 mentioned, he is indirectly implying that he wants to kill Bitcoin and consume it. He tried that once, when he came up with his Libra shitcoin. But unfortunately for him, Libra flopped miserably. Perhaps he still thinks that he can destroy Bitcoin, by inventing something which will eventually replace BTC.

Lol couldn't hold my laugh while going through the comment section of the posts, people were really being very funny under the post with their comments. Anyway, I don't really see anything bad about that, though I did see some people that it didn't go down well with, and they had some bad comments to drop to express their anger lol.

What Mark Zuckerberg did here shows that he has some kind of interest in cryptocurrency, and this is my first time of seeing him mention Bitcoin, which means he might be holding some bitcoins privately, although I do know for sure that Bitcoin is part of what motivated him to take a move to create Libra (now known as Diem), just that I haven't seen him mention that word before. I believe a lot of people will also be influenced by this, and there are likely some people who are following him that doesn't know about Bitcoin and they would interest in researching and knowing about it, which is good.

He's probably just doing what elon usually does, you know testing the water on how much influence he has over crypto and it seems most of people just missed the news or just doesn't care.

I think Libra did not only flop miserably because there was trouble in Congress. I think Zuckerberg also realized how there was forming an opposition within society and in particular from proponents of decentralization, freedom of choice and privacy, which at the time was a massively growing sector, and still is.

I find it a clever way to publicly post your vision without being liable and charged to manipulation or anything. In my perspective, I see what Mark Zuckerberg did there.

Mark’s company Facebook is listed to stock market, meaning to say that all his statement might be taken against him if it is something that affects the market or conflicts his interest. By look at this brilliant move posting pets and naming it as a message. No suctions, no cases to be filed and no charges to be made.

I just wanted to speak with Mark and tell him that the message has been received. You are right and if it is on a negative light it doesn't matter since negative publicity is still publicity. But I doubt that it will be a negative thing since Mark is a technology inclined person and an innovator so there is a high possibility that this is a positive thing.

I am yet to see a single hint of positive approach towards cryptocurrency from Zuckerberg. He seems to hate Bitcoin with a passion, and I don't know exactly the reason for that. There are rumors that the hatred results from the involvement of the Winklewii in Bitcoin sector. He once tried to destroy Bitcoin by coming up with his own version of shitcoin (called Libra). But that plan flopped miserably even before it could be finalized. And actually this might have ignited his hatred even further.
