Help With Mybookie Casino

I signed up at mybookie casino a few weeks ago. I made several a few deposits in which I lost. I managed on my last deposit to win $1250. I made a withdrawal and waited for the 48 hrs pending period. After that time I tried to log in to my account and found that it was locked. I contacted support on the phone and was told I needed to send in some documents. I sent in the documents and they were approved. I waited for a few hrs and then tried to log back into my account and it was still locked. I called again and was then transferred to someone. This guy comes on the phone and starts accusing me of knowing someone that charged back $2000 on their credit card and they weren't going to pay me unless they paid back the chargeback. I HONESTLY TO GOD DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON THEY WERE ARE REFERRING TO. I tried to explain this to him. He insisted that I knew that person and he even insisted that I was a man using a voice decoder to sound like a woman. I told him he could easily skype with me and see I am a woman and this has to be a mistake and I'm caught up in their dragnet. He didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. I have never felt so low in my life. This guy honestly has the wrong person. I do not owe them any money nor do I know the person he was referring to (I swear to God!!!). I used crypto on all my deposits. I don't know who to turn to for help resolving this issue. But they truly have me mixed up with the wrong person(s).

How could someone charge-back on a credit card when all your deposits were in CrypTo? Am I missing something?

I made all my deposits via crypto. But some rep on the phone told me that I was connected to someone I do not know and that person my chargebacks and in order for me to get my withdrawal. Sorry, you are going thru this but mybookie is a rogue casino. There are many many complaints about them. They have pulled many stunts to not pay some of their players. They have an F rating at many sites.

Looks like you just lost your money to a formerly good casino gone rogue and may not be able to ever get it back. I just checked out the reviews on Trustpilot, and they are awful. So many people have been scammed in the same fashion

Let me quote for you a few.

I got scammed by them. I withdraw $625 on April 3rd. They keep telling me the payout was processed but i never got the payout. When i try to contact them they keep telling me to show them my statement from 04/03 to 04/15 but the email i get from them it had a full inbox, you cannot send anymore emails. I got scammed by them

Mybookie does not pay winning bets. I won $33,000 on a Justin Thomas gold bet. I took him at 200-1 when he was a few shots from making the cut on a Friday at the 2021 players championship, Thomas made a huge comeback and won. Mybookie claimed it was the wrong line. Don’t wast your time or money, you will not get paid if you win. I moved to bookmaker and I love it, bitcoin payouts are same day, most times I get my funds 2 hours after making the request, very impressed with them.

I dont know if they going out of business and just taking money on way out but they aren't paying out or answering the phone. I have a 916 payout I've been waiting on

Turns out the casino is owned by MyBookie, at least according to this review.

They advertise on a few podcasts I listen to... they spend a lot of money on advertising, too bad the hosts don't know they have such an awful reputation.

Yep!!! I feel sorry for you OP. But this casino is a rogue and I doubt they will pay you. They are known to make up excuses just to not pay legit winners. They only want losers.
