Does anyone here have a problem with withdrawing money? I've been waiting for 6 days already.

I've been in contact with support and every day they make up different excuses. Today they answered me again:

"due to the Bitcoin price there is an increase queue and delay in processing"

Damn, that's new and "creative". Never heard this excuse before actually, but it's hilarious. Obviously it's only for funny for people like me that don't want to have anything to do with this garbage site! Hope you will get your money, maybe when the btc price goes down again or something.

This is no excuse to not pay a player. Making shit like this up is simply a scam, not more and not less.

yes it seems like the limits for payouts are set at 0.05btc max and it takes anywhere between 4 and 10 days to for them to process it

Could just be a situation where they are liquid enough to payout quick but they are opting for a slower payout scheme to hold on to customer's BTCs for as long as possible for their own benefit (maybe using some of that liquidity for other things, maybe some customers with big balances just forget they have $ on the site etc)

Basically just trying to add even more upside to their operation at the cost of annoying a few customers. But hey if they accept your bets and pay you after several weeks you cannot technically call them a scam so I kind of get it their side.

Oddly similar to my stake.com experience where they made the KYC process unbearable in the hopes of having guys like myself just give up on my balance and forfeit it to them. All about extra upside to increase revenue.


edit: Just saw the post above saying they are slowpaying smart players, that could be a reason as well

I just saw this question and I think it's worth answering regardless of the time it was asked.

We should always establish the thin line between betting to make money and supporting a club for the love/affection we have for it. This understanding would guide us in knowing that the right prediction can't be shortchanged for anything else. It would be absurd of me to know fully well that my favourite team is no match for the opposition but still bet against the reality. I don't see myself enjoying a deliberate loss.

My nitro experience in the last couple years has been actually pretty good up until about a month ago, they restricted my betting limit to 0.1 mbtc which i guess is within their rights but now they are also dragging their feets when it comes to processing withdrawals much like what has been documented in this thread.

Last withdrawal took about a week at the beginning of the month and i have another one currently sitting unprocessed for the last 10 days.

Well, that's nothing new for nitro actually. They also implemented very low max withdrawals per week and so on, which is already kind of a bad sign. Other people reported about getting limited to micro bets while having an open bonus wager requirement, that's like the worst situation possible.
With all these red flags I doubt they will survive much longer. Who in their right mind would play at a site with that many strange things going on? I wonder if they actually still have people signing up.

There is no such thing as being late to make your contribution or answer anything that relates to sports betting and how sports bettors treat their favorite teams while betting on them because at some point we need such information to keep us going in our discussions since we make bet almost on daily basis and our fav always on the line up for their next game.
My understanding of the bet is that I aimed at winning so if I know that my favorite team will not win the game I will not risk my money in selecting as my winner just because I am a fan.

Thanks for sharing. There is a lot wrong with this site for a looooong time. I am surprised that they still have players actually, even from bitcointalk. There are plenty of warnings about them and yet they still operate even though they have sketchy TOS, long waiting times for withdrawals, ever change bonus rules, and so on.
At some point they really should get some tags.

I'm now going on 80+ days after submitting all of the required KYC verification and they have not allowed my account to make withdrawals despite multiple emails urging patience on my part. My last email from a month ago has not been replied to.

Nitrobetting is holding onto a 5 figure USD worth balance of my bitcoin and it looks like I'm going to have to campaign all over the internet for help getting it paid. I have detailed records of all of my bets and have only used my home computer for betting purposes.

I've done a good amount of research but if anybody has any further advice feel free to share. Is there a company that will take a percentage of recovered funds for their effort in handling this? Sort of like a collection attorney?

I'm truly hoping there is no rug pull incoming but this is starting to look pretty dire.

25 days for such a small amount, that's hilarious. Guess they are really short of money, but there are plenty of reasons for that. They never went with time and with the emergence of many bigger and better sites nitro really lost a lot of business and customers, rightfully so. They are just a sad excuse for a crypto site now, really sad excuse!

That's quite sad and with this bad experience I hope you find a much better casino that won't treat you that way. Nitrobetting.eu and its sister platform have been controversial over the years, and no one should be surprised on the different experiences people post here.

They are probably dragging on so that you use up the balance, make more bet and eventually lose all of it out. I seriously see no other reason they are doing so.

Why don't you open a scam accusation regarding the casino? We can't allow this to go on and on without any single accountability from the casino and yet the customers are the ones suffering.
