Hi there!
I’ve come back after 6 years to ask for the help of people who’ve been around for a longer time. So this is a classic story: young me has some bitcoins, handles them carelessly, forgets where they are. Not unique.
But still, I thought I’d ask here. So back in 2015, I transferred my coins to 3 different addresses, with most going to these ones: 19VbSjtSt9Mex194SJbEYUunkrFj88btnV and 1UNUXDKMaH8q7gxfryFyJWoty9P37YXKz. Based on the transactions on them, it looks like an online wallet to me.
So this is where I ask for your help; which were some popular online / offline wallets at the time which I could try checking? I’ve looked through all my old e-mails, but unfortunately nothing turned up. Any tips are appreciated, and if I don’t find the wallet at least I have a great story to tell friends.

If it was an online wallet, it was likely an exchange wallet, here's an article I found on 2015 about Bitcoin wallets - Bitcoin.com, it suggests about 3 exchanges such as Kraken, MtGox was also popular about a year before 2015, which was when it collapsed with user's funds.

Looking at those addresses, they were last active (receiving or spending funds) about 5 years ago, and had very few transaction counts between them; bitcoin wasn't very popular then, but this activity could indicate a low volume exchange or personal address.
Good luck on recovering your funds.

Luckily, walletexplorer has a tag for the wallet where those addresses belong:
They are both from BitPay but from an old version: https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/BitPay.com-old2?from_address=19VbSjtSt9Mex194SJbEYUunkrFj88btnV

So if I miraculously find the secret phrase to that wallet I can get my funds back, theoretically?

A seed phrase or a wallet backup is everything you need to recover your funds. And also probably your only option, because without a seed/backup there's no other way of recovery.

IDK how the old BitPay worked but those addresses although verified by walletexplorer as BitPay's "old2" wallet, don't seem to belong to a non-custodial service.
It's more of a deposit address so you might need to find forms of backup other than backup phrase.
