Ps: That red tag was given one year back, why coming to appeal now, it doesn't make sense especially after the password was just changed and posting began today.
Looks more like he bought the account from the rightful owner who maybe explained to him how the account got a negative trust, he then bought it cheap and now trying to have the negative trust removed since to him, he hadn't scammed anyone..

@op, don't know if your negative trust will ever be removed, but one thing I can tell you is that it's not until one scams another before that person is given a negative trust, if you indulge yourself/account in things considered suspicious and likely to lead to scam, you are immediately given a negative feed back, so know this and stay clear from things that will ruin your reputation here.

However much we beat about the bush here, the only people who can remove (or commute) the two negative ratings are @condoras and @LFC_Bitcoin themselves. Both are around and active, so you could PM both, and depict a well-versed narrative as to why you consider that the negative does no longer apply. If that gets you nowhere you could expose the case as clear and thorough as possible in Reputation (not Meta), and wait for others to chip-in with their opinion.

It’s clearly not going to be easy to shift people’s minds in this case though, but the above would be the procedure.
