~snip

I think you need to re-examine the wallet or private key that you use, have you ever entered on an unofficial platform (scams). Because so far no one has been able to hack the Bitcoin wallet. If there really is someone who is able to do this, of course they will aim for a high number of Bitcoin wallets.
And there is no solution for returning lost Bitcoin. If Bitcoin is entered in a centralized platform, then the platform owner can still make a return. But if this Bitcoin address is sourced on a decentralized platform, then Bitcoin cannot be returned.

Please help!
It's more than 72hours now I made a btc withdrawal on Cex.io and I'm yet to get the coin in the receiving wallet. The said coin is no more in the cex account balance, no btc in the receiving wallet and no record of the transaction on blockchain network. I have messaged Cex support team more than 19 times and no response whatsoever.

What could be the problem ? has anyone experienced this before.

First of all, you wrote 19 messages to Cex support in 72 hours? They must hate you already. Cheesy

Most exchanges have their api linked to the wallet.

If the database doesn't connect because the wallet is offline or there's no connection between the main server and the machine with the wallet it will send a request but the transaction will not be sent to the network. This may be the reason why coins disappeared from your wallet but are not in the blockchain.

It's a problem of cex support and the coins must still be in their wallet.

I guess what happened from a script within my browser . where i setup avast security in my device , and i hope from any one to recover my fund

Sorry. There's nothing you can do to get back your funds. Bitcoin transactions are final and non-reversible. The only thing you can do right now is to delve deep more into security, and make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Best of luck.
Sad reality but its true!
There is no more way to refund your bitcoin if it was lose in your hands. I believe that phishing sites killed his.3 btc. It should be a lesson for all that we need to install anti virus and do not easily click in website bait. Just like what our wallet told to us, our keys in our hands. So, we should be liable for it no matter what happens.

I think nothing can be done here. The transaction had already been confirmed and transactions are irreversible. That is why I don't use an online wallet for my personal fund. I keep the stored in a hard wallet to assure it is safe. Sorry for your loss, and let this be a lesson not to be complacent even if you think you have secured your online wallet.

God doesn't give a flying fuck about blockchain.  The hacker is going to get hookers and coke with your money - not going to hell.  He is going to Disneyland.

I'm sorry but there is no way to get back the money that has stolen, the money that transferred to other bitcoin wallet can't get back, how more on the BTC that has been stolen. There are so many cases that happen like this, bitcoin stealing is really familiar in this crypto world because of so many hackers and scammers so always make your account secured, you may use the 2FA and make as well as a strong password. Always be careful when doing some stuff online because most of them are made by hackers and can get information about yours.

Does your country have a cybercrime division, they can help with that. If money is involved I think that is the best course of action. Though your situation looks hopeless, atleast follow up with the authorities, any help will do at that situation you are in, this cases reported can help in improving their operations for apprehending these people. I can empathize with what happened to you, I think that this kinds of problem is very prevalent because cryptocurrency is a technology that is still on its early phase so problems arise out of these that could hurt people. Heed my advice about reporting these to the authorities it surely helps.

Sorry, but those coins are gone.

The pitfalls of being your own banker.

A BIG problem is that some people don't have a good understanding of how a wallet app (such as Exodus or Edge) work.  If a hacker gets access to one of those wallets, they can install it on THEIR device and use it as if its their own.  Even if you are to change the password on YOUR app, it will not affect their installation.  They will still have access to your crypto.  The only safe thing to do is abandon that account and start fresh.

NEVER give out access to anyone you don't trust.

Not saying that this is what happened in your case, but safe-guarding your crypto is as important as acquiring it.

Most likely the case, as he had explained he had secured his account the safest way possible he know. Most likely he had opened an unsolicited site/link which had a malware. There is no way to get this BTC back, just move on and get over it.

many things cause this. malware, phishing, and others, some cases even lose when they install 2fa. however, I don't think there is another way to return the stolen assets. Next, try using 2fa, and using the latest antivirus, and avoid visiting suspicious sites. I suspect this is the effect of the virus.

if it has happened like there is nothing you can do anymore but let it go. maybe you can find a solution through the customer service wallet you are using. don't trust strangers to seek help. From that incident can be a lesson for all of us how important the security of our wallets. many loopholes for hackers to steal our coins in various ways in cyberspace.
