Of course it's never too late if you still want to rejoin cryptocurrency. Start your first step with more caution. Don't sell Trezor at the wrong time like you did before. You seem to need good self-management exercises such as emotional processing. Stay calm and don't panic under any circumstances, especially if the market conditions are down and don't recover, you must have a strong mentality. Because this is really important and influential.

For an investor to remain calm, he has to educate himself and learn from mistakes made in the past. I think long term investment would fit for those who do not believe to be profitable in short term trading, by constantly buying bitcoin regardless of the market situation, I guess that strategy is simple but very effective and only requires some discipline to do it well.

It's time to change your own destiny by understanding crypto properly and how to run it properly. many investors are too late to understand about crypto properly so it can result in unknowingly losing their assets. but on the other hand, many investors are already successful because they have managed to run crypto professionally and are able to read bitcoin market movements well.
If you say it's too late or not, then I just want to strengthen it by saying it's never too late for that, on the other hand, it all depends on each person's strategy and choice.
if indeed they do a good strategy by playing it safe and investing according to the flow and not being adventurous then I will guarantee it will be good, but on the contrary if they do invest and always do things with greed for example by being in a place of fomo and hype then the result will be different, it's still good if you have good luck but the risk is losing the asset completely

Slightly tells me that I know bitcoin from this forum around June 2017,
But I haven't kept up with the crypto world for a long time due to my busy business and boredom with the price of BTC in 2019.
So I almost forgot all my assets until there was one. the thing I think is my stupidity, I omitted my Trezor which still contained around 9 ETH at the time I bought ETH around $ 700 in mid 2018, and ETH keeps dropping so I ignore it.
Long story short I want to start from scratch I want to ask the seniors who are here.
I want to start trading again. Could you please give me some advice so that I don't go through things like a few years ago.

It depends what you want from this - If you're expecting to multiply your money by 10 times, then buying Bitcoin at this level for example would be unrealistic - it would require trillions more to be invested by other people to reach such a level. However if you're able to find cutting edge new coins that have a unique selling point advantage over anything else on the market, or go the "meme coin" route trying to chase whatever is being hyped (for short term wins) then it might be possible to multiply your money substantially. However you need to be prepared to lose it all with these strategy, because if you're a winner then chances are someone else will be a loser in this game.

You are not alone on this table. I was introduced into Crypto around 2017/2018 but I totally stayed away when some of my investment went South. I thought I wasn't really carve out for Crypto, thank God I embrace it fully 2021.
So, I would advice that you get a mentor, and gather as much knowledge as possible. And also, this forum is a good place to start.

Of course, it's never too late to enter the cryptocurrency market. We do not know in which direction the market will develop and what surprises it may present to us. However, those people who only want to work in this market have certainly lost a lot. Not only in terms of profit, but also in terms of gaining that knowledge about cryptocurrency and this market in general, which other participants have gradually acquired and gained rich experience. After all, this market is multifaceted and it is impossible to study it in a short time. Therefore, the earlier we join the cryptocurrency market, the easier, safer and more efficient our work on it will be.

If you are overwhelmed by the big price of Bitcoin right now and think it's too late to get into crypto, imagine how overwhelmed you would've been when Bitcoin had its ATH at $20,000 in 2017.
And now imagine how overwhelmed you'll be when it hits $200,000 in 2025.

It is a matter of perspective here. So if the OP doesn't want to regret few years from now, why not start getting in this market again. You don't need to buy 1 btc or such, but find ways on how to accumulate potential coins or how to earn satoshis. It will indeed overwhelm you if you look at the price. But small activities will help you earn some, and later on, you will thank yourself that you didn't give up.

Even just aiming for 2x profits wouldnt really be possible for Bitcoin unless if you do hold for couple of years or even a decade thats why its just sensible that you would really be aiming for low cap or coins which are still cheap or could still have potential on getting those bigger multipliers on possible all time high that they could reach out.

Speaking of never too late to start then its true but we know that prices is already high and to those who get or entered early are the ones who do make out advantage or benefits when
the market had made out some uprising movement.

Thing here you should bare in mind is that invest on the money that you could only afford to lose in terms of crypto investment.

So what happened to the $700 ETH that you bought in 2018? Did you lose your wallet or your private keys to the wallet and not able to access it anymore? Because the price of Ethereum then compared to what it is now is a huge difference. Right now, the price of Ethereum is around $4000 and it will also continue to be increasing.

If you still have the wallets then you can sell and withdraw the money of the coin that you have stored in the Trezorwallet. But if you have lost it ,then that’s another issue because there wouldn’t be a way for you to be able to get that back. Anyone who is investing cryptocurrency and storing it in hardware wallets really has to be careful about it.

From your case I can suggest to be more organized in storing and organizing, I also do that because I think good organization will help us a lot when we need it the most, also because there is so much work and memory limitations, note-taking and organizing is very important to protect us from loss. My other suggestion is, separate your important storage with the main drive that you use frequently, it will protect your saved data from viruses and other attacks.

It is never too late to start anything as far as life still exists.  It is a matter of time to get all you have missed in the previous time. All things can be done when you realise to start what you really want to achieve.
There is no late comer to invest,  the main thing is one to be focused and pursue that  very goal and to make sure it is been achieved.

But you cant really avoid not to think that the market now is already too expensive for you to invest on or you cant really avoid to think that it is way too late for you to invest but honestly you could

really still make significant profits if you have done it right but still varies on how well you do make or do in your investment so its a personal kind of act and effort.
If you are serious on dealing with crypto investment then its up to your choice as long you are aware on the risks.

Op has requested for help on getting into cryptocurrency trading almost seven months back. By then price was in the peak. That wasn't the right time to enter the market. Entering at the high point and further making profit out of trading is possible, but how effective this happens depends on the user skill and understanding about the market.

If he hasn't invested back now he can take it as an opportunity or wait for some more time. Because, it is said that the market is gonna turn bearish.

This is not acceptable. Honestly, I believe that if you are talking to yourself, you are using a profitable strategy. There are people who day trade as well as those who trade monthly, and they all make a good profit. Holding a coin is also referred to as long-term trading because you are simply waiting for the right moment to sell the coin. I believe that this is dependent on the trader's strategy; if that is your strategy, then go for it; if, however, you are talking to everyone, then it isn't as profitable as it appears.

Regarding the subject at hand. It is still not too late to begin; consider the current price of bitcoin and compare it to the price three years from now; the price could be three times higher; therefore, why not begin right away?

good that it did not took me that long before realizing the benefits bitcoin may give to me, yeah it was introduced to me back in 2015 but just forget it then, until before 2017 when the market goes huge and i luckily invested before the final booming in last quarter of 2017.
Now i might be late but will always be grateful for cryptocurrencies .
so there is never too late in this field because the market is still growing and the chance is there to make money but of course not as fast as what 10 years ago .

Let the things in the past where we might have done the execution wrong can be a lesson not to do things like that in the future, because what we have done is the best lesson we have to not repeat it again.

so don't feel complacent let alone despair to continue to learn something for improvement because learning will never be interrupted to continue to be added. also don't feel late with what you are going to do there is always time to redo and fix it properly.

so it's true "It's never too late to start" because it's true that crypto growth continues to grow so never continue to study and dedicate and manage well, then you will one day get something that you really hope for.

Your case is a familiar one to me. I've a few friends I introduced to this forum who've not been active. At some point I got annoyed that I merely wasted my time and resources on them, considering the fact that one had to pay that "evil registration" fee for them. However, when I read stories like yours I get encouraged that one day they could return to the forum.

the only effective way to make trading is in short term trading.
If you keep writing this way with irrelevance, ranking up will be a forgone alternative.

No, it was a little bit late but at least we still have the opportunity than to miss everything.
To able to start this new year for investment is literally a good idea, it means a new beginning and besides, the price isn't high which is really our chance to make buy while it was cheap.
I'm thinking that 2022 is still a good year for crypto and a more bullish market to come. If we are able to start as early as possible, that gonna be our favor to make a huge profit.

Crypto is an amazing opportunity that extends far beyond just an investment opportunity. If you want to invest you really should do yourself a favor and learn as much about the philosophy of crypto as you should about how to make money from it. Bitcoin is only truly profitable for those who own 30K or more. $5K in Bitcoin now, you’ll never get rich in the next decade.  There’s other alt coins that would be better for $5K and the payout would be much more than Bitcoin.

There is no match to learn because you have already experience what is your mistake and that is "TRUSTING CRYPTOCURRENCIES" so from that you should learn to Invest with Heart and Mind.
Buy and HODL , simply as that .

you have been here since 2017 so you already Knew what i am saying here.

Of course, it's never too late to invest in any type. now the value of bitcoin is very expensive compared to a few years ago, I'm sure every year it increases so if you have money invest because the price of bitcoin in 2 or 3 years must be very expensive. everyone has their own time.
