Well as you said, they don't understand it. Bitcoin is really complicated, especially to beginners. SO if they encounter something bad on bitcoin they will slander it. In Bitcoin, you need to be open-minded about everything. Its decentralization, volatility and etc.

People who feel threatened and competed with the presence of Bitcoin, end up hating Bitcoin, then after that they slandered Bitcoin because they thought
they could make Bitcoin die. Including governments who feel threatened that Bitcoin could replace fiat, finally the government slandered Bitcoin.
By saying that Bitcoin is dangerous because it is widely used for illegal activities, or several companies that support the banking system, usually participate

Some of us here on this forum were once like that. We never agreed to how beneficial Bitcoin is because we didn't know it enough. It's like judging a case when you haven't heard from the person. But it's amazing how we've ended up in cryptocurrency as a whole and not just Bitcoin. A lot of people have been criticizing bitcoin in a negative way. I think they don't really know bitcoin after all or they just hate the fact that some people keep on investing in bitcoin even if its a risky decision and yet, no assurance to be profitable at the end of the day.

This is more of people's ignorance and are close minded people who refuse to know the truth. Once they set their mindset hating about bitcoin, i think they will really stand for it to the extent of slandering bitcoin.  But in the end, what they did are still useless because bitcoin seems to grow even more despite of people's negative criticism.

Actually I prefer to say it's not a criticism, but an expression of disappointment over the losses that befell them due to falling price. Buying without analysis seem to be the main reason why they seem to be in a trance when the price drops and also they don't really understand that volatility is always present in crypto trading in general.

They should never go wrong with bitcoin when the price drops but they should blame themselves for not doing some analysis before buying anything in the market including bitcoin.

This is part of human thought, because every human being can't be positive about bitcoin. If that happens then bitcoin will loss it's importance. There needs to be someone who keeps attacking it, only then the growth will be good and can know exactly what is the true need of human.
