Excelon Financial Services (https://excelon.io) announces the upcoming release of its XLON Chain (https://xlon.org) to further enhance its digital payments platform and advance blockchain technology into the global financial services ecosystem.

The XLON Chain is based on the Ethereum Blockchain with some significant enhancements that improve its scaling, speed, cost, carbon footprint, governance and offer regulatory compliance and set the ground for the upcoming CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currencies) adoption.

Thank you so much for your comments and remarks. There are a lot of new things coming up in the next days and we are overwhelmed in trying to put it all together.

Nevertheless, here are some thoughts / answers to your comments:

1 ) the common problem that i've seen is the log-in prob whenever someone resets his password. do you think you can do better with this XLON app? --> The new mobile apps are hybrid (mobile/ web) and we can resolve of all legacy issues. Please standby and we will deal with all these issues in the next following weeks.

2) release of testnet and mainnet --> Just one day delay. That mainnet is already up. We are finalizing a few details on the Xlon Chain Explorer and also integrate the XLON on our Exchange and Wallet platform. Everything will be up by tomorrow.

Excelon Coin is produced from the XLON Chain. There is an initial quantity of Excelon Coins pre-minted (similar to Ethereum). You can find all the Validator rewards plan in our Whitepaper.

Basically the XLON Chain is a fork of the Ethereum Network with some additional features extending the Ethereum blockchain to PoA and PoS consensus/ rewards technology.

The Validators are Authorized by the XLON Foundation and will consist only from Regulated institutions (Banks, Fintechs, Finance and brokers, Educational, auditors, legal etc).
This way the blocks are closed almost  instantly and with amazing low cost.

As the XLON Network supports ths EVM engine, we will support all types of tokens and Dapps and will invest in bringing developers on Excelon.
