Lol, all those points are so obvious. You have to be really stupid (or careless) to fall for those scams. I mean if someone emails you or messages you and asks for your personal information and sensitive datas, and you send it to them, then sorry to say, but you deserve to get scammed. I mean this is going to be a lesson for you. I am sure once you get scammed like this, you won't fall for it. Expensive lesson, but totally worth it. Again, if someone uses weak password and doesn't use extra layer of security, then its like that guy is begging to get hacked.

About payment cards, I prefer to use a prepaid one for all the things internet. I only top-up when I need it for the sum of money I intend to use. Never had any troubles that way: I do not wish to expose my cards linked directly to my bank account and I find using prepaid more secure.

Yeah, these gambling ads can be annoying, and, sure thing, many scams in there. That's why not only I don't respond to these emails, click on the links, but I don't even open them. Why bother? If I want to find an online gambling platform I do my own research, no need for these always good-looking ads. Also, if I see something like that I always mark it as "spam". As a result, many similar emails in the future go to the "spam" automatically. This makes things a lot easier.

I am sure we already get an email like that. So far, I deleted the email directly, especially if the email looks suspicious and looks good to be true. We must filter the email like that so we do not get in the scam because we do not know which email can make us scam. The email provider gives the option to us to filter unwanted email and send it into the trash folder, so it will delete automatically after sending them into the trash folder. I agree to this I think it's much more secure if the google authenticator can be locked because if someone managed to get on your computer they can easily open up the google authenticator app and copy it unlike when it is lock. There's really a lot of vulnerabilities the only thing we can do is to keep our computers clean from viruses avoid clicking anything on websites especially if we are not familiar with this.

Most of the time I don't open the promotions and any other email from the bookies on where I play with not unless that I ask to change password I know that an email will come to my email but any other than that don't open unexpected emails from bookies for our safety.

I do not know if you use 2FA on your computer, I didn't even know that was something, mine is in my phone. Which means they would have to steal my phone to get into the website, which I am sure will not happen because let's face it.. it is pandemic and I am at home at all times . So, if someone hacks into my account, even gets my username AND my password, they would have to still get the 2FA which is not available to them at all, they can only try to disable it which would require them to hack into my email as well I think.

I believe these days security is at a level where unless you are doing something major that would impact a ton of stuff at the same time for you to get hacked, like both passwords and usernames plus the email plus the phone or 2FA and many other, you are going to be fine. I believe as long as you handle all the things security gives you, you will be fine.

The only problem is that prepaid card payments are not available as a payment feature for all users. Most of the time, this option is only available for countries where credit cards are not widely used or bank accounts are rare. In many developed countries, prepaid cards are viewed skeptically as they can be good for money laundering.

Because some of the banks did not allow withdrawing and depositing on the gambling site and probably this could be linked to your personal data that your credit card has. So, why not using crypto instead, they are decentralized and you can easily manipulate not avoid traceable transactions. How does that happen? I know about the "double swipe", which can happen when someone makes purchases with the ECR, which increases the risk of card data exposure. But how does that work with transactions made online? There's no physical action, everything is done through the website.
Or do you mean something like redirection to other websites when making a payment, where you fill in all the card info in a form and then that form is sent to the frauds?

Some of us ignore to secure it just because of the reason that it is only a small amount and no one would take interest in it. Hackers are smart these days and even if your gambling account doesn't have anything to withdraw, that doesn't mean that they won't try to steal from you. Once they gain access to one of your accounts on the device that you are using they will attempt to send you malicious links on the email you used on that account they've hacked. Misleading out people in the sense of directing people to play on a scam site? I dont usually see this one but those misleading bonuses and perks then i can say that this one is a bit common.

If influencers do really lead out people on a scammy site on the first place then that would surely take some toll on reputation and he's pretty aware of that.

So this is less likely to happen on my own view.In talks on making  yourself safe out of these scams then you should really be aware at least with those schemes. Majority would really be that obvious and some are not. Depending on how you do spot out those scams.

Your statement may be challenged when the owner has good financial power to manage, pay for service, and place advertisement in various media to increase traffic and gain reputation for the business being run. Only owners who do not have the financial strength are at risk of running away from their customers' money and that is very likely because their business is a way to fill their money pocket, IMO.

Other than that I do think it's wise to change the password every once in a while. The most important thing again would be to keep your mobile phone safe and make sure you don't take that security lightly. At the same time most of the sites engaging themselves with the people here are reputable and at the same time well established. You can for sure try them but people due to some bonuses etc. Try and use some fishy sites which ends bad at last.
If a site is giving you offer that is too good to be true you rather stay away from it. It's not something that I would recommend anyone using. The debit card one is a good point since most of the times you are redirected to some other payment third party site.

Determining a scam campaign or promotion out of those influencers is really something hard to be done no matter what algos or rules or checks would be done but still spotting a fake or shady promotion is almost impossible since basing off on numbers of influencers specially in youtube platform alone is immense so its understandable that they cant really detect it out and would really let those promotions aired even though its already shady as hell.
People would accept out pays no matter what kind of company they are advertising on.
