That is the part of a whitepaper that is plagiarized. These 79% coincidence lead to MoonPortal whitepaper. Overall whitepaper is so poor on text, so just scrolling both of them will be enough to find that they are made by one person.

This one is closer than it looks... I checked Whois results for both of the above platforms and they were both created on the exact same day and despite SafeMoon Inu's creation time being 19 hrs after MoonPortal, they seem to be more polished ^{[I do know looks can be deceiving]} in comparison to the latter one ^[MP].

Thanks to the "Bumping changes on some boards", all of those bumps mean little to nothing but have you tried reporting it ^{[might get trashed]}?

Most of shit tokens wait for more larger volume before rug pull happens and in the case of Safemoon Inu maybe they want to look convincing to the people so that they can acquire more investor so better get away on shit bsc tokens since their direction will just go the same with other who came first unto them and better buy those reliable coin compare to this since for there's a high chance that you can earn on long time existing coin than those kind of bsc token shit coins created.

Holy Crap! & there are people prepared for investing such crap & pump it up LOL. How TF such shit projects get listed in exchanges like Binance even? Well, this is most probably the reason pointed by SFR10 quoted below.

It would be hard for anyone to believe this as a coincidence & very unlikely. I'm sure both these websites belong to the same person & they are after scamming some money. I have heard people create projects on BSC and after selling a few thousand worths of tokens, they move on & create a new project/token. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case here as well.
