You can get various 3D printed exhaust “baffles” on ebay some incorporate the PSU aswell.

you can use lighter  materials that wood

I don't need 100% noise reduction.  that video with the dual exhaust thing would be enough to keep the noise in the basement where it doesn't bother anyone in the rest of the place
