I know we've not always seen eye to eye and at times I've acted out (sometimes warranted, sometimes not) and for this I'll publicly apologize. Petty drama is so useless when you look at the bigger picture of why we are all here and how we continue to push this crazy little thing called Bitcoin forward.
I wouldn't stress it. I've been dragged into so much drama here I can't even remember who said what. I judge people by if they're honest, contributing to Bitcoin, and they can respect others' efforts to make a difference. I frankly don't have the memory skills to hold a grudge.
I can't just help it but keep wondering what your biggest regret must have been over your years on the forum and also the biggest step you took that you can always look back at and be grateful you did make that decision. Are you still holding some, none or all of the Bitcoin you bought back then, just curious.
First off, I never purchased any Bitcoin until the pandemic this year, where I bought 0.2 BTC (I think) for a friend. All of the BTC I have comes from gifts or earnings. As far as my biggest regret... I wouldn't really say I have any. I'm sure
everything that happened happened for a reason and that is why I'm still here. If I cared about things like being popular or liked here the clear regret would be that I didn't create an alt account like everyone else to stand up against lies and broadcast my non-herd opinions while remaining well liked under my main account. Withdrawing all my BTC from mtgox before the bankruptcy might be a decent cause for regret, but I probably would've spent all those coins on something stupid so even that will probably turn out to be a positive.
Personally I thought maybe only Theymos is here from the beginning(with old Id). But today I can know you are also the man who are from quite beginning.
I came long after the beginning. I was very much a newbie years after theymos took control of the forum and with respect to forum politics, I am still a newbie.
