swap for UTO from ETH over to BSC

Greetings Topians!

This is just a notification to let you know about the swap for UTO from ETH over to BSC.

We will be taking a snapshot at 9:00PM Eastern time tomorrow (June 13th). The snapshot coincides with the snapshot taken for the Dividend distribution.

The BSC UniTopia tokens will be airdropped to the same wallet address you use, just simply on the BSC Network (Switch metamask network to BSC, or if from mobile, export Ethereum Private Key, and import it to a BSC wallet).

IF YOUR TOKENS ARE DEPOSITED AND SITTING ON HOO.COM - I RECOMMEND WITHDRAWING BEFORE THE SNAPSHOT.

Should you not withdraw for the swap, your tokens will not be lost forever, you just will not receive your dividends for those tokens.

Dividend distribution will take place in conjunction WITH the swap. What this means is, your BSC UniTopia tokens will come in at approximately the same time your BSC ETH will come for your dividend.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Snapshot time: 9PM Eastern June 13th

- UTO on BSC will remain non-transferable for a period of time after the swap. This period of time is to coincide with our final token sale which will be launching next week. As you know, the token being non-transferable during a token sale is generally beneficial to the health of the sale.

- Token sale full details and information will be announced next week, and will launch next week.

- We will be swapping ALL of your UTO. This includes: UTO in your wallet, UTO staked, and UTO in the drip contract dividends that are not withdrawn.

- You need not take any action to get your dividends for this week. Staking will not become available until trading enables again.

- Users who have UTO staked at the time of the snapshot, will receive the extra 50% dividend reward. For now it will be in ETH, until UTO trading returns.

- Anyone who had less than 500 UTO during last week's distribution, will have that unpaid dividend carried over and distributed with this week's dividend.

- A small corrective amount will be added to the swap, this is to correct the small discrepancy users experienced in the withdrawable from the current staking contract.
