Not only cryptocurrencies of course. I have made an investment into gold also. Because I see both of Bitcoin's and gold's future really bright. They will be the best choices if there is an economic crisis I think.

If you have good amount of spare money, it's good splitting your assets. As long as you both belive and trust

the assets that you have, the chances to gain is always possible, there are venues where you can apply your

knowledge in regards to trading.

My country's economy is not affected by the pandemic, everyone is doing normal activities [..]
Man, are you from the Vatican?

Otherwise, I can't even imagine a country that hasn't been affected by the pandemic ... or is your country a global vaccine exporter? By the way, another curious trend that I noticed ... everyone gives excellent advice on investment, diversification, etc. (I am curious how many people in this thread follow their own advice?).

I am curious, Apart from your crypto Holdings, what other investments do you have? Or are you investing in crypto alone?
I am investing on cryptocurrency and gold for now. Gold is for my parents because they do like golds and it seems like the best investment for them and it has the physical object that you can flex to other people, so they are interested into it. While me, having cryptocurrency is the best type of investment for me while anyone in my place doesn't know about it.

The economical situation was horrible in my country,  every year we were facing inflation and now it got even worse. It was a really smart move to invest in cryptocurrencies, this has, perhaps, played a key role in me being able to maintain a good quality of life. I also keep most of my money in USD, and because inflation has been going on for years in here and it's not stopping anytime soon, this has also been a good decision.
In my country (and, I assume, in other not very developed countries) it's actually funny, the way people think. We all hope for inflation and for our currency to drop because a very large portion of the population keep their savings in $  Cheesy

Investing in cryptocurrencies alone is definitely not the way to becomes a brilliant investor because what will be more in valuable in future we have to access that. we should invest in crypto, Gold , properties etc. gold and properties has been a great investment because its run through whole world and as population grows these two will definitely going up but when comes to crypto it has no been accepted by whole world so investment in this might go another way.

Err not much really. I just spend the majority of my time nowadays doing/looking for beer jobs while trying to hone my art skills. Planning to setup a commission service when I think my art is worth what I think it is, and also after looking and researching on how much commissions should actually go for. I'm also planning to invest in stocks but that's after I get more money. Currently DCA'ing into crypto (specifically Bitcoin) right now, and close to zero in actually trying to expanding my portfolio.

Our economy has just started recovering from the pandemic crisis that we have experienced last year. So far, we're quite in a better situation through the poorest of the poor are still struggling because the government couldn't fully support them.
Apart from crypto investment, I'm also investing some of my profit from it in my small computer business. It's still important that we'll have a stable source of income because crypto is really volatile.

I'm doing the  exactly the exactly the same but should highlight one thing regarding the gold - mine is physical gold in the form of both banks' ingots and coins. Many people invest into so called  "paper gold" but sometimes  it's not so easy to liquidate as the real  gold ingots. Crypto and physical gold are my best friends from the point of view  of both investment and safe haven.

Gold is also crashing these days. It's just so hard to find a good asset to invest in except the real estate properties because it's the only asset that will keep growing in value as long as it's in the strategic location.  Bitcoin is also affected by inflation and it has its own cycle this is why some BTC investors are also moving out. But then when all are afraid that the good time to buy as well.

Each of us should invest in areas where we have the right knowledge. Because investing in a subject without acquiring the necessary knowledge or skills is a very risky business. As a result, one may lose all the wealth he has acquired. In every investment, the risk exists and the knowledge gained reduces that risk a lot. I have no knowledge of other sectors of investment, such as gold, stocks. So I only invested in cryptocurrency because I have some idea about it.

I invest in several altcoins but for short term profit. I also have several stocks that I can wait for to get some dividends when the time comes. I still want to invest in digital assets that can be used as a passive income foundation to reinvest, but until now I haven't found the right path or way.

Dont dive in into something you arent familiar in because that wont be already considered investment but rather gamble. It would be much better if you do focus only on one as long you do know on what you are doing then that what matter most.

Dont try on accumulate everything as if you do know everything because this would really just be creating some mistakes which would really
cause rather of losing money.

Diversifying is good but be sure that you do know on what you are doing rather than on doing something which is out of the scope of your
knowledge and awareness.

I don't invest only into cryptocurrencies. Because I don't see it as logical thing to do. I believe that we should increase our alternatives to feel safer in bad times. I have investments into fiat and especially gold also. I think that investing into gold is very important in case there could be an economic crisis.

Diversification in crypto alone is not enough, you need to diversify your portfolio with everything. It could be stocks, it could be gold, it could be real estate, it should be everything matter of fact so that you are not in trouble.

If you have 10k dollars, then you should have 2.5k of it in crypto, 2.5k in gold (or silver or similar assets), 2.5k in stocks and 2.5k in "real estate" which I know is not enough for many nations but in other nations it is a good enough money to buy a plot of land, here in my nation you could buy a plot of land for 2.5k dollars, wouldn't be a huge one or a very close to city one but it could definitely happen. So that is why you should be diversifying all of your portfolio as much as you can. The numbers could change, but never overhedge yourself in anything because if that drops then you are all broke because you didn't put money into anything else.

Not many countries have made available stimulus package for its citizens to help soften the economic effects of the pandemic.
With many nations of the world still recovering from the economic realities caused by the pandemic, how will you describe the economic situation in your country at the moment?

I am curious, Apart from your crypto Holdings, what other investments do you have? Or are you investing in crypto alone?

So far, I just investing in crypto alone but I also thinking and planning to invest in real assets if ever I get huge profit from crypto. Cryptocurrency is really profitable and I believe it will be more successful in the future, so I don't need to worry if I don't have any other kinds of investment except in cryptocurrency.

investing may sound easy because the goal is only buying low and selling high but if you dont know what you are investing , the value of your asset may not grow and you will only lose .
many people in this thread reply that they invest in many things not only in crypto but the question is how familiar they are ?

Good question, here in Nigeria, i will categorically say that the government didn't provide any covid 19 relieve stimulus for its citizens, rather the bad government we have here were busy looting even the funds provided by the international bodies to help fight the pandemic in the country, but then, Nigerians are very strong people, created to survive in any kind of situation or condition.
Though some Nigerian celebrities brought out funds from their own pockets to help the less privileged in the country survive through the lock down period, but this funds didn't go far as the level of poverty in the country is currently very high, but I special thank and wish God's blessings upon this set of individuals who did this kind act of generosity.

Concerning investment, personally, I currently don't have much but I can say that 97 percent of my investments is in crypto, I have some little amount of money invested in other financial sectors like land and properties, shares from companies just starting up but in all this, where most of my money is right now is in crypto, as I begin making good money from crypto, I plan to start creating new investment portfolios in other sectors like estate, Forex trading, investing in stocks and shares etc.

I am investing in cryptocurrencies, other than that I have no other investments.
With my small amount of money investing in cryptocurrencies is the way that I can expect wealth to happen because their growth rate is very large. Investing in stocks will take longer and yield less. At least I've had a few years in the crypto space so I'm confident I've managed my investment.

Unfortunately that is the situation with all the corrupt governments all around the world, there is nothing you could do about it. A great example I can give about these type of things, if you know live aid 1985 or  watched "bohemian rhapsody" you would remember there was queen singing for a charity concert. That "Live Aid" collected a lot of money, millions of pounds all from the whole world, then what happened? Instead of the money going to Ethiopia like planned, most of it went to the dictator Ethiopia had that caused the famine to begin with.

Long story short there are these type of stories wherever government is corrupt. In our nation government literally asked for money from the people, yes you heard it right, not only they did not help us too much (albeit they are doing healthcare and vaccination and covid treatments all free so I have to admit that's cool) they also asked for money for it.

For now, i only focus on my crypto investments because in this time of pandemic, i see no other investments that will flourish as much as crypto always do. It's just a matter of self focus and determination to never end up in a trap and stay positive even if the market is in a crash.

I also have other plans to start with another investment but it will only happen once i'll make huge profits from crypto hopefully when this bull run comes. It's always a good feeling having different sources of income that are both in demand. When one seems to fail, atleast you still have other investment to hold onto.
