It's hard to understand exactly what you're looking for  Does that mean you are looking for an employee to work on your exchange? And the task of this person is to find partners, currencies that can be listed on your exchange and collect fees from it? I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're saying  My understanding is you are looking for people to market your website, right?

You should add more are you hiring staff or affiliates? these are two different positions, if you are hiring staffs you should state his weekly or monthly payment, you should right away state this on your post to avoid confusion, this is not the way to hire people especially on an exchange, you should give us full details of what you want and what we are going to expect.

It seems to me that it is about simply looking for coins / tokens and commission payments for listing, i.e. a refferal program. Every couple of hours, in Telegram groups, someone announces himself on behalf of exchange with listing proposals.
If this is a permanent job offer, then there should definitely be more details.
