I saw the participants of the 1xbit campaign published by: @Ratimov, some of them violated the existing forum rules.

And something tells me that they are unlikely to be banned. The forum loves to ban all sorts of noobs and spammers, who, in truth, pose little to any threat. But really dangerous scammers are rarely banned.  

Scammers are actually never banned, cause scam is not moderated. If a scammer was banned, they probably broke some other rule of the forum which lead to it. Noobs are also not banned for being noobs except they broke some forum rule, although some may be unaware of the rules (reason why the newbie welcome message should already be ready).

Checking, verifying and judging scams is a task the admin does not want to take as it is difficult to ascertain and it gives a false feeling of protection which could make members let down their guard. Such as what someone would do on Twitter if they were communicating with a verified account, which could be hacked.

1. If you, see the title of this topic, I may not bother to explain the point of this thread.
2. You try to see the name of the account that violated (Ban evasion), besides my quote from @Ratimov.
3. If you don't feel like you're committing a violation that I mentioned, you don't have to bother responding to this thread.
