Motivating to keep fighting through life's struggles to achieve my dreams is to make my family happy and set a good example for our children to achieve what we want requires hard work.

Yeah so it is your family that motivates you, and that makes sense at all. we almost has the same answer because there is nothing more than what cab push us but our family and love ones though others are focusing on their self only without others on their mind .

Well my boss is bad-ass so you can imagine what I have to go through everyday.  Even slightest delay in the punch can get my day started with scolding.
That's what motivates me to go for work on time and work hard. Lolz.

Thats the truth but here it goes: My kids, wifey, parents and home that I need to keep together. This is what makes me work hard all the time. I have learnt one thing for sure, it's always bad idea to be comfortable (too much), or else you will be out of the track and can take you hard time to get back to good position. So yeah, for that and for happy life.

People tend to prefer those who genuinely Love and Care about them to lead their society.  So if we want to lead a society, country or the World. .., we also need to love and care beyond our families. Such leaders do very well both in society and family

Personally I feel motivated to work on a daily owing to my family  background, so I feel it will be very much unscrupulous that I don't work hard to make a change so that my posterity can come and have a better life that I never had from the start.

I am afraid they can become greedy and want to have more and more money even if they already have a lot of money. Life needs to be balanced. If we have money, it is better to give some money to people who needed. Maybe family can motivate us to work hard every day, so we can share some with other people when we can have money.

Indeed , i have a friend that lives only for money and don't even wanted to have a family , and Yes he is very sad even if how he pretend to be happy being rich ? yet we can sense and see in His eyes the sadness of being lonely.

I'm sure you don't have children and a wife so your motivation is only 'money'. later if you are married later hopefully you can change your motivation and make your little family your motivation to work hard every day.

For me its my passion that I follow and so never feel like exactly I am working. Its more or less that I am enjoying the duty as that is what I like it and I want to follow it. So it is rightly said that follow your passion so that you will never feel a day where you have being working and automatically it will keep you going.

Since I am married and have children, of course I work hard every day for the sake of the family. Another reason maybe I want to feel like
a rich person, who can buy all my wishes. Therefore, even though I am tired, I always force myself to work hard, and it is proven that my life is
getting better financially. I am actually grateful for my achievements so far, although there are still some of my wishes that have not been fulfilled.
So from now on I am still working hard, collecting as much money and assets as possible.
