Pragmatic play slots not available in my region

Hi, I love slots and I play slots whenever I have a chance to but as much as I love playing slots I don't really earn much in them. Nostly the good games are not available in my region and it really sucks. Can someone explain why they don't give access to games with great payout to people from other regions? I find it quite unfair.

That's how things go. Some software providers are not available in some regions. For example, if you move to Down Under, you will not be able to play NetEnt's or Microgaming's slots there. That's their policy, they don't want to break local laws. You can use VPN by the way but that's a risky behavior as the casino may ask you to verify your account and the rest, you know, what will happen in this case.

I really think not being able to access Pragmatic Slots is to people's benefit these days. I have played Pragmatic Slots for years now and I can tell you with real honesty that my success ratio with these Slots, compared to previous years has significantly dropped.

How do you measure your success ratio and compares it to your previous year result. Its very hard to prove it unless you will do a test with same amount in regular basis. Slot provider usually didn't change there RTP declaration despite they change something on the slot software. For me slot in general has same RTP despite the different variation on the game because the result is still random base on the software randomizer.

But I agree with you that pragmatic slots has a lot of complains especially if you will browse on other gambling forums. But we can assure that they are rigging there software since license provider are still giving them permit to operate freely despite many concerns.

Pragmatic slots are the same for me, I haven't notices any changes to them. This is an RNG-based game, meaning you can win or you can lose randomly. And even if you had a losing streak, this doesn't mean things will change and you will have the next bet winning.

The availability of some gambling games in a region depends on the government's regulation. You might find it unfair but the government is implementing their rules based on the type of games. However, there are still other entertaining games that you could enjoy if that type of slot isn't available in your place. Try to look for alternatives for you to earn and enjoy.

Every casino there is has stipulated in their ToS about the countries that can and cannot be allowed to access their websites. It doesn’t really seem to be unfair because this is in compliance with the laws and regulations of those regions, and is being known publicly to the players in the first place. In the matter of VPN usage, there may have been many times that players was able to use such and didn’t encounter problems but it is better to contact the casino representatives to make sure it is safe and permitted.

I think gambling websites that disallow access from other countries are the regulated ones where their countries prohibit transactions coming outside from their country. While this is totally understandable on their part, others may circumvent this restriction by using VPNs. Unfortunately, using VPNs may be restricted depending on the TOS of such online gambling website. That is why, you run the risk of losing access to your account (and your funds) when you violate any of the TOS stated.

Again if it is possible, avoid gambling websites that are regulated as their are tons of restrictions on their end that might hamper your overall experience.

Hm? Changing "seed" on pragmatic slots? To be honest it's the first time I heard such a thing, how did you do that? ^ No one can change the seed and I think it is hard for them to monitor the site for making any fraud on it.
However not unless someone will modify this but as far as I know this is licensed which is as a game developer, I don't know how either to work the provably fair but I think it was built on the pragmatic system. Let us try later.

From what I see, there are actually several references if they really want to be allowed to circulate in a region or a country. The problem is that they are willing or not in applying for a license to the local government because sometimes the ban on permits will not be separated from how they ask for permission and pay for a license to be there.
Maybe they also see that in a certain area or region they are less interested and because this is a business of course they will think about the ratio of income and expenses there.

I don't think we can come to the bottom of this, at least not without some representatives from Pragmatic, or some of us can send them a message (there is a contact on their official page!)... I couldn't find any list of banned countries on their site, "Play Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority" so maybe that's the reason why some of the countries are banned, it's because of their license! Again, something that's out of our reach, so the only way for some of us is to use VPN in casinos that tolerate that!

All these casino providers are subject to certain restrictions. there are more providers that can block you as a country. There is nothing a gambling site can do about that, the provider itself is behind it and that process is automatic, I think. There are plenty of other providers if pragmatically doesn't work. Don't know where you have the most high limits or which provider is the most wanted.

Its been suggested several times and I'm sure many users aware about this situation. Not all casinos allow the use of VPN, some can be very strict but some others are friendly enough. If a casino accepts the use of a VPN, why should it bother them if someone use it? If anyone is in doubt, anytime can just ask support and it is best to take a screenshot of the conversation in which he will receive a confirmation.
