That's not possible, so you mean even a bad project would also reach an ATH? I think investors are smarter this time, not in the old days that they have a little idea, they certainly have learned from their past experience so we might be seeing some altcoins having significant gains, but it doesn't apply to any altcoins we see in the market.

IMO, Bitcoin has to create a new ATH yet so we will see another huge altcoins run.

Based on the market situation I can say that the bull is back and it is more clear because many altcoins are now showing a massive rise. And this was maybe because the most valuable coin such as ethereum and Bitcoin is in the stage of rising, this happens every time before if this two coin eth and btc rise most of the altcoins will also rise, so there is no doubt that bull will continue if the price of the btc and eth continue to rise up.

I think the question of whether the bulls are back or not has been answered with a price above 50k, however what it would be interesting to know is for how long the bull market is it going to last? I think that at minimum we are going to see the bull market keep going until the end of the year, however there is a real possibility the bull market keeps going for a lot longer if the economy does not improve and we receive more support from institutional investors, in which case the bull market could extend until 2022 or even for a longer period of time.

Anyone who's not yet convinced that the bulls are back then they should start looking at the price of bitcoin. We've got a continuous increase on it. Some delays have happened but it had stayed to $50k and above it. Like how much it is right now, this is how we're telling everyone that the bulls are back when the price has increased again. And as for the altcoins, there have been a lot of those that have also a price hike for which they usually happen whenever bitcoin is also at high.

The possibility of Bitcoin reaching $100k will always be there but speaking at the moment it doesn't look like it will happen anytime soon,

While we are optimistic that Bitcoin will hit $100k, I don't think this will happen any time soon. Investor estimates based on previous news, they are targeting Bitcoin this year at $50k, while ATH exceeds the forecast price. I think this year's bull run is over, even if the next pump happens then Bitcoin price will not reach $100k. I expect Bitcoin price to reach $100k in 2024.

according to my prediction the bull run will return in q4 this year, and at this time btc will be sideways and then drop to the lowest point between the 32-36k $ range, from there it will rebound and reach a new ATH.
